Disliked: Cleanliness
Pics, video, verbal and written communications to support review. Pics on site don’t match. No street parking. Steep driveway. Strong odor. 1 tv total (my bad for not catching it). Dirty glasses on dirty shelves. Missing kitchen faucet. Dirty floors. Ants. Multiple spiders, spider eggs, large cobwebs in kitchen, laundry, living, bedrooms, dining, shower, unreachable areas (just look up). Killing spiders day/night. Gap/no seal at bottom of front door. Dead cockroaches in pool, laundry, side door, hallway, kitchen, living room. Host claimed property professionally cleaned. The one picture host sent did not match our pics/videos of same thing. 2nd day, host offered to send cleaning crew. We literally had no availability due to planned events all day, every day. Would’ve required us to cancel plans, wait for someone to hopefully show up, remain present for however long to do a full deep cleaning. Very unreasonable to expect guests to ruin their plans to accommodate something that should’ve been completed by host prior to arrival. Especially this level of filth. “Extra” towels in trash bag. Missing smoke detector/exposed wiring. Severe water through that hole with exposed wires and through a large crack in ceiling. Unsafe gap upstairs. No rails in areas. Dirty toilets & bed sheets. Bath tile broken, missing grout/spacers still in place. Hidden plugged in, functioning security camera found in interior. Vacated as is per platform directions. Would not stay again even for free.
