The mattresses were way too soft. Woke up with stiff back and neck. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times but this wasn't a present experience with the beds.

Property is lovely! while taking a shower, I discovered that the shampoo and bodywash container were empty. I called the front desk, and within two minutes, a housekeeper arrived, apologized sincerely, and resolved the issue immediately. Their quick response and professionalism truly impressed me.
