Too many homeless outside by the parking area, also we got room 302 on the 3rd floor , no elevators available. Toilet was leaking so they gave us another room. Second room right by the entrance a syringe with blood and the room itself was clean but smelled like rat poison. We had to leave and get another hotel

Convenient one nighter

Great place for a clean room to sleep. Front desk was helpful and responsive. Very low budget so it makes sense no chair in the room for a place to sit. Awkward. Jim's Restaurant right next door had better than average cafe food, great staff and service.

Stains all over the walls, sticky floors, uncomfortable bed. Not to mention the wannabe pimp outside and the people smoking weed everywhere. Definitely get what you pay for. Do yourselves a favor and skip this place.

OMG i had to leave. The place was filthy and the people were terrifying. I hate to judge because no one bothered me but it really seemed like a hooker aand junkie place. The lady at the front desk was nice. the place was really dirty. Dont walk barefoot there. May i get a refund? i had to book another place across town.

The price for the stay was great since we just needed place to sleep. The only thing bad was that the TV was not working and we couldn't' watch much and it was late when we arrived so we didn't bother to tell the front desk until the following morning and it was fixed by the time we went back to the room in the evening
