This stylish 1,400 square foot townhome has 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms to accommodate 6 adults comfortably (8 max). The home is single-story, so the entire living area is on the ground floor.

The home is centrally located near the medical center (less than 5 minutes), Six Flags Fiesta Texas (10 minutes), Sea World (15 minutes), the Riverwalk/Alamo/downtown (15 minutes), the airport (10 minutes), Lackland Air-force Base (15 minutes).

The master bedroom features a king size bed, a walk in closet and a master bathroom with a huge walk-in shower with an Italian tiled motif.

Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 includes two full beds and a walk in closet. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub.

There are 4 TVs in the home - one in each of the three bedrooms and one in the living room

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It includes pots, pans, and the necessary dishes and silverware to prepare and serve a deliciously home cooked meal. Small appliances include a drip system coffee maker, blender, a mixer, and a 4-slice toaster.

The formal dining room includes a great dramatic table that seats 8 people that you will love, while the breakfast room has a convenient casual table for 4 that is next to the family room so that you can grab a quick bite to eat without missing your favorite TV program or use it for a fun evening of board games.

The family room has a very comfortable sofa and love seat, a 55 inch LED Smart TV that you can use to watch your own Netflix or other streaming account (no cable). All bedrooms have their own smart TVs also for streaming (no cable)

The townhome is wired with high speed WiFi internet. It includes a small business center area with a desk and wireless printer/scanner for those of you who need to work during your visit.

The private patio includes a gas bbq grill, a patio table with an umbrella and seating for 6 people. The patio is completely fenced-in so you can feel comfortable letting your children or pets play in the back patio. Please pickup and dispose of your pets poop before you check-out.

When you exit the back patio into the common area of the complex, you will find a nice green belt with a walking path that goes around the gated complex. If you walk your pet in the common area of the complex, it must be on a leash at all times.

The pool is located a few steps away from the house in the middle of the complex. The pool is currently OPEN. The pool season opens mid-May and goes through mid-September. As with any pool, unforeseen issues sometimes arise which requires the HOA to close it temporarily for maintenance. It does not happen often, but when this happens, it is beyond my control, so I am unable to offer any guarantees.

We are pet friendly. There is a $50 pet fee.

The supermarket, Wal-Mart, movie theaters, and an array of restaurants are less than 2 miles away.
