Disclosure Regarding Allowing Unit Access
On rare occasions, maintenance may need to access the unit during your stay to address essential tasks. We kindly ask for your cooperation, as their schedules are beyond our control. Denying access may result in a $100 fee to cover rescheduling.

Rental Agreement:
Guests are required to complete the ID verification process after booking, for security and to prevent fraud.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.

Parking
We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.

Pets
Pets are not authorized, there will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

Fees
You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.

No mail can be delivered to the property, we do not have access to the mailbox due to security concerns.

Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out at a fee of $20/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request.

Please kindly note that your check-out should be completed on time. It is crucial to vacate the premises by the specified time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges as per our house rules. An unauthorised late check-out will cost $100/hour.

For units with key fob and parking pass, make sure to leave the key fob and the parking pass back in the lockbox where you got them and take a picture of it. Failure to leave the key fob and parking pass may result in a $200 each for its replacement. The same amount will be collected for the damaged key fob and parking pass.

Great place!

We absolutely loved our stay and any questions we had they were answered almost immediately. It was very clean and was in a great location next to the river walk and tons of restaurants. I have no doubt that we will be staying here again on our next visit to San Antonio!!

Great downtown location

This unit comfortably sleeps four, and it has a pullout couch in the living area.The river is right outside this building with quick and enjoyable access to the full River Walk. The unit has a bit of a Manhattan feel to it inside. The unit also has easy access to a fun game room and a fitness center right in the building. Although we did not use the kitchen, it is nicely equipped with just about anything you might need. The people who run the property were easily accessible and continually checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had all that we needed, which was appreciated. The highlight of this unit, though, is its great location right in the heart of downtown San Antonio, and all that the city has to offer.

Overrated

The property was close to the riverwalk and that was a plus. The parking was free but was in a building next door. While the two were connected there were several stairs to navigate to get our luggage into the building where we stayed. The garage elevator did not work one day. The property was not guest ready as there were maintenance items needed. We did report them but the maintenance team could not accommodate our schedule. This property was a disappointment and we would not stay there again.

Very Nice

This was my first experience with Vrbo. The whole experience was great. The property is well kept and was exactly what we needed to get away. It was convenient to the local entertainment and provided a way for us to keep costs down by doing some of our own cooking. The manager/owner was very attentive and communicated with us quickly when any issue came up. Thank you so much for "loaning" us your property. I trust we left it in great shape for the next folks to enjoy it as well.

SA National Basketball Tournament

Wonderful 2bd/2ba apartment in a great location close to the Riverwalk. Added bonus for the kids - game room! Couldn’t have asked for any better communication!!! From the moment we booked, to checkin, throughout our stay & checkout; the process was seamless. The host was very attentive & quick to respond. Highly recommend this very stylish apartment for all!
