I had a very disappointing experience at this property. I attempted to contact the host/property manager multiple times due to serious issues during my stay, and I never received a single response. The complete lack of communication made an already stressful situation worse.While the location is decent and walkable, be aware that on weekends, the streets are flooded with loud, intoxicated college students and a strong police presence due to nearby clubs. Itâs definitely not ideal if youâre looking for rest or peace and quiet.At first glance, the property appeared clean, but that quickly changed. I had issues with bugs that required me to leave early and seek care at an urgent care facility. I provided VRBO with photos, a doctorâs note, and receipts showing I paid for another hotel, despite already having paid for this property. While VRBO did respond, I did not feel their support reflected the seriousness of my concerns or the evidence I provided.Additionally, the property lacks proper window coverings, which is a real concern given the party-heavy neighborhood.Overall, I would not recommend this property. Between the unresponsive host, unresolved health issues, and disappointing support, this experience was far from what I expected or paid for.
