The aparment is quiet and cosy. It has a living room with an open-plan kitchen from which you can access a terrace where you can have breakfast and meals and enjoy the climate all day long. There is a recently renovated bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Treat yourself to a relaxing holiday in the warm southern sun of Gran Canaria, just a few minutes from the beach of Playa del Ingles.
The aparment is quiet and cosy. It has a living room with an open-plan kitchen from which you can access a terrace where you can have breakfast and meals and enjoy the climate all day long. There is a recently renovated bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with built-in wardrobe. In front of the house there is a shaded communal area with sofas and tables that can be used by everybody.
Air conditioning in the living room and a washing machine in the kitchen will make your stay as comfortable as possible. The complex has a spacious pool area and is only a few minutes away from Playa del Ingles beach and the Yumbo shopping centre, an ideal location for combining beach and leisure.
