This exclusive accommodation is situated in the complex "Los Lagos", in Salobre Golf Resort, a unique place surrounded by nature in the south of Gran Canaria.

 

This elegant villa has 3 bedrooms: 2 of the rooms are situated on the upper floor, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and the second one has two single beds and its own bathroom with bath. The third bedroom is part of the spacious basement (without windows) where there is also a small kitchen/dining room.

 

Villa Los Lagos 5 has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine and everything you need to make your stay a comfortable and peaceful experience. This holiday home has air conditioning in all bedrooms.

 

Outside of Villa Los Lagos 5 there is a private heated swimming pool (with a supplement), a semi-covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, a built-in barbecue and natural grass with comfortable sunbeds. From the garden there are wonderful views of the entire golf course. It should be noted that you will also have access to a large communal swimming pool.

The services included in the price are:

 


Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.

Late check in available and on request.

Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.

Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).

A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.

A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.


 

Conditions

 



This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.

Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.

A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.

A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.

Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
