3 kms from the beach of San Bartolomeo al Mare.
San Bartolomeo al Mare has beautiful sand and pebble beaches both free and equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas.
From here, you can easily reach other places and beaches (Diano Marina and its sand beach; Cervo and its rock beach perfect for snorkeling)

Please note that the owner lives on the property, in another apartment, but don't use the garden and the swimming pool. They will welcome you and show you the apartment.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
