Rio Mar is located 1 ½ hours (80km) from downtown Panama City, Panama. The condo is located on the 10th floor of the Pacific (3) Tower overlooking the expansive property and miles of beach front. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths which comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children with approximately 1900 sqft (170sqm) of living area.

As you enter the home you will be greeted to an open and spacious floor plan with ceiling high windows and patio doors spanning the entire front for an unforgettable view. This tastefully curated space boasts high-quality furnishings that transform it into a haven of classiness and relaxation.

The bedrooms are fully furnished with high quality comfort king mattresses, plush and inviting bedding with a variety of pillow choices. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV, wardrobes, nightstands, remote controlled ceiling fans and quiet mini-split HVAC units. (For those staying in the master bedroom, the corner window offers a spectacular view of the ocean while lying in bed.)

The kitchen is thoughtfully furnished with high-quality cookware, tableware, bakeware, and kitchen appliances, inviting you to explore your culinary creativity. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a simple family meal, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.

The kitchen is furnished with a 5-burner gas stove/oven, outdoor Weber grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, deep single basin sink, toaster air fryer, 5 stage water filtration, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and much more.

The dining room embodies warmth and family. The table's generous proportions (6 person) offer ample seating for everyone, encouraging lively conversations and shared laughter. The chandler with “Edison” style dimmable lighting will set the mode for any occasion. (The main living area has 2 remote controlled ceiling fans and quiet large mini-split HVAC for you comfort.)

After diner retire to the living room that combines inviting soft leather couches and a local artesian made hardwood coffee table as the sunset paints a rich tapestry of warm colors over the horizon. Then settle in for a movie or extend your relaxation to the patio couches for a night cap and as the grounds lighting illuminates the pools with a soft blue light and spotlights cast shadows from the palm trees.

The patio is the quintessential front-row seat to a breathtaking morning with a hot cup of coffee or freshly made smoothie to start your day. Or imagine the scene of a mesmerizing full moon casting its reflected light over the water as the sound of waves softly come to shore.

For those who can’t fully leave the office behind or just want to do some internet surfing the alcove is furnished with a queen size foldout couch (perfect for an afternoon siesta or for the kids bed at night), a locally made beautiful hardwood desk with 27” HD monitor. With the relaxing ocean view, it takes the work out of work.

Once you’re ready to explore, Rio Mar has many amenities for everyone. Located on the main floor, there is a large entertainment area equipped with TVs', pool tables, ping pong tables, and several board games.

For those who want to maintain or even start a new workout routine, the gym located in tower 1, (designed by an Owner and furnished by Owner’s) offers every athlete ample workout equipment, treadmills, and weights for a workout on any level. Combine it with a beach run or walk for your warmup and you’re off to a great day.

After a tempered workout or just a hard day of relaxing the spa offers another level of relaxation with massages, manicures, steam room and hot tubs for men and women. Once you’ve tired of over relaxation, step into Marias restaurant for lunch, afternoon cocktail, or dinner.

Finally after you’ve abandoned all desires of attempting to think about work or even perform work take a short 2-minute walk will to the pristine beachfront that is perfect for surfing, swimming, family activities and just relaxing. The large rock at the beach entrance is a perfect place for a morning meditation or take a few more steps for a yoga session on the beach.
