No regresaria ni lo recomendaria
Un hotel promedio pero con malos sabores de boca. En cuanto a las instalaciones generales todo se ve bien, con bonita decoracion. En cuanto a la (las) habotaciones, se ven limpias, pero con muebles y decoraciones viejas, cama incomoda y muy pobre iluminacion. En cuato al servicio, a pesar de que siempre resibi buen trato, deja mucho que desear. En primer lugar, yo reserve 2 habitaciones con cama kingside para 4 adultos y por 3 noches, al llegar solo segun ellos tebian regiservado 1 habitacion para 2 personas por las 3 noches, y me querian cobrar lo de la otra habitacion. Tambien en cusbto al pago intentaron cobrarme las noches mas caras de lo que yo habia reservado, al final este y el.otro problema se resolvio un poco a regañadientes yo demostrando mi reservacion hecha. Otro problema fue que en nuestro dia 2, al salir y pedir que hicieran la limpiesa me mencionan que por que si ese es mi último dia, de nuevo toco reclamar y ahora ellos argunenran que no podia quedarme en la habitación, que si le daban mis noches completas pero me movieron a otra habitacion, con una configuracion de cama difernete.
De verdad que el hotel es bonito, pero jamas regresaria y mucho menos lo recomendarian, no se senti bienvenido.
