This cottage is one of two 2-bedrooms on the property. You can rent Kyrstin's Beach House (in back) as well, if your family is looking for an additional space (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms combined for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests)

Chloe's Beach Cottage is a cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, with a Queen bed in the 1st bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom, and a convertible Queen sofa bed (sleeps up to six people). 1 bathroom with full shower/tub combo. Chloe's Beach Cottage offers Ocean, and Sunset views from the Front Porch and grass front yard, with al fresco dining.

Stroll to the beach, or relax on the grassy bluff, overlooking the beach at Palisades Park (Law Street Beach). Walk down the Boardwalk to Crystal Pier, the historic roller coaster at Belmont Amusement Park... or just grab a drink and take in the ocean breeze while hanging out on your patio; watching the sun go down over the Pacific... Your vacation awaits!

Our beach getaway offers serene and cozy charm. Located in a quaint North PB neighborhood bordering the curving coastline of La Jolla (just north of us) - gemmed with scenic views, art, gifts and other shopping destinations.

Our neighborhood is a quieter area and a great Family Beach. Pacific Palisades was also voted `The area's best beach overlook`, as quoted in S.D. Home & Garden Mag.. Our Beach features a grassy park, with showers, restrooms, with lifeguard services, ...Swimming, Boogie Boarding, and Surfing. You can even walk up and join in on a donation based Yoga class held Saturdays and Sundays at 10am. Our Pacific Beach/Mission Beach Boardwalk begins at the park, and heads South for 3 miles for endless biking and adventuring fun! We're located close to all the beach has to offer, the Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants and Shopping, yet quietly removed from the hubs of activity for a peaceful night's sleep.

Nice home. Property is very close on all sides to neighbors who are also staying in Short-term rentals. Wasn’t the cleanest or most updated unit, but definitely comfortable and worth booking.

Very Disappointing

One of the reasons we booked this house was the hot tub listed as one of the amenities. There was no hot tub. The host claims it is not listed, though it is still on the listing as soon as you click on it. It was about 85 degrees inside when we arrived and averaged around 80 degrees inside through our stay. Despite using the ceiling fans and windows to help cool it down it wasn’t possible. No air flow through the house whatsoever. The one small provided fan didn’t help. For 6 guests staying 4 nights there was 1 dish towel, 1 extra roll of toilet paper, and no extra garbage bags. The information in the house binder states there is an outdoor shower for washing off sand that we have access to. While this is true, it’s very intrusive of the guests staying in the second house, as you have to walk by three of their windows to the back corner of their house to use the outdoor shower, which we didn’t feel comfortable with. Overall we were very disappointed and felt mislead by information in the listing and at the house.
