SUMMARY
Welcome to “Brighton Beach,” our beautiful and convenient ground level beach home with exclusive sun patio (not shared!), ideal for soaking up the San Diego sun. This cozy 2br+1ba offering is located in highly desirable South Mission Beach, just 2 houses to a swim friendly bay & white sandy beach. Also just 2 blocks from Mission Beach Jetty for surfing! Other highlights include dog friendly (well-trained dogs only and unfortunately no cats), 1 car garage, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, & sleeps 6 (4 adults max).

OUR HOME
This beachy home is conveniently situated on the ground level (no stairs!), with easy access to/from a swim friendly bay & a stretch of white sandy beach. The sun filled living room features beautiful wood floors, sofa bed sectional, ceiling fan, mounted SMART TV & gorgeous La Cantina sliding glass doors that lead to your very own expansive patio complete with outdoor lounge & dining seating + shade umbrella + BBQ.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinetry, modern white quartz counters, & stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining nook with built in bench seating. Further down the hallway are 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath (tub/shower combo), see BED & BATH Accommodations below

‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.

Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. ‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Great location. Nice unit. Only thing I would suggest is adding a fan to the bathroom. Also the hot water runs out pretty quickly. The garage remote died we reached out and it was taken care of right away. Very good response time when needed. Beds are comfortable. Nice outside area. We enjoyed our stay.

You can’t beat the location! Steps from the bay and a very short walk to the uncrowded beach. If you bring a dog, note that they are only allowed on the beach and walkways during certain hours (morning and evening). A decent convenience store/market a couple blocks away, and some tasty dinner places too. The beds were comfy, things were clean, plenty of towels. The sheet in the pullout bed was dirty, but there was a clean one to replace it easily enough. The garage was tight for our Honda Pilot, but we managed, and they clearly list the size of the garage so we knew it would be tight. The boogie board was fun. The beach chairs were handy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. In fact, the airplanes were really the only noisy thing. We walked to Belmont Park one night and it as a lot of fun. Easy check in and out. Overall, a really good experience!

Perfect beach getaway location

House was immaculately clean; steps away from the bay and the ocean. Several coffee shops, grab & go restaurants, and bars within walking distances as well makes this as convenient of a location for Mission Beach as can be. Great property and would absolutely stay again!

The property was beautiful and the location was ideal. The house is pet friendly so I understand some imperfections but there was large amounts of dog hair on the couch. When opened the sofa bed there was dog food in the bed.. The pillows on the bed had large yellow stains

Amazing staycation

This property was the perfect setting for our summer staycation! It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The double kayak provided hours of fun on the water, and the outdoor grill and seating area were ideal for family meals. The convenience of a designated garage parking spot and smart TVs in every room added to our comfort. There was truly something for everyone in the family! We will definitely be returning. The only thing that could make this property even better would be central A/C, as it did get a bit warm at night.

Everything was great at the house except for a slight ant problem in the kitchen but there was spray available and as long as I sprayed daily and kept all food off the counter it was fine. I just wish there were more places available in South Mission to walk to dine. A couple of beach cruisers would solve the issue.

Ideal Location!

This property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved the large patio with the sliding glass doors that opened. This was a very quiet court that was in an ideal location for us. We loved the very short walk to the beach and just steps away from the bay. We would definitely stay here again!!
