Welcome to Island Style, a beautiful 3-story townhome + exclusive rooftop sky deck. Located in the heart of Mission Beach and just 6 houses to a swim & surf friendly ocean and a stretch of white sandy beach, this beautiful vacation home features 3 br's, 2.5 ba's, 1 parking, 2 separate exclusive outdoor patio spaces, light & bright open floorplan, King bed + 2 Queen beds, & sleeps 8 (6 adults max). *Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided.

LAYOUT
GROUND LEVEL | The main entry is located off the ground level, with 1 flight of stairs that lead to the second level. *NOTE the ground level patio is exclusive to the other unit (see below for our other 2 exclusive patio's!)

SECOND LEVEL | Houses 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed. Also on the second level is 1 full bathroom with combo tub/shower as well as a stackable washer/dryer.

THIRD LEVEL | A set of stairs lead to the third story main living area, highlighted by a bright & sunny open floorplan that's ideal for visiting with your closet friends & family! The kitchen is nicely appointed with granite counters and maple cabinets, stainless oven with over the range microwave, bar seating, and full set of kitchenware/cookware. Off the kitchen is a nice 6 – person bar high dining table, and adjacent to the dining is the living room with oversized sofa and Smart TV. The second level also houses a private Ocean View balcony with bar high seats for 4 & BBQ, half bath with granite counters, as well as the Master Bedroom with King bed, walk in closet, TV, and ensuite bathroom.

ROOFTOP DECK | Off the third floor is a small set of stairs that lead to your stunning view rooftop deck! With sweeping views of the city, bay, and ocean, this is the ideal place to soak up the sun and enjoy the views of Mission Beach. Note that this rooftop deck space is exclusive to our unit; the other townhome in the building has their own separate space.

SHOPPING & DINING! Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.

WATER ACTIVITIES! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Location was great, but could use some upgrades and deep cleaning

Location was amazing, just a few minutes from the beach. Unfortunately we had to park about a 15-20min walk away because we had a mid size suv and the other unit also had a mid size suv and they were parked in the car port and both woild not fit. The sheets were stained, we called and complained. They brought new sheets 2 days later. The oven didnt work, we found out on the last night. The main level kind of smells funny. Most of the dishes we pulled out were dirty and we had to wash them first. Not the greatest VRBO experience.

Great location and comfortable layout.

We had a great time enjoying the views and close attractions. Once you are there, you have everything in walking distance. The home had chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella. Worked out perfectly for our group, and highly recommend this property.

Great location!

This condo was perfect for our family’s long weekend at the beach. Steps from the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. Easy check in and check out procedures and very responsive hosts when needed. The condo itself was very nice for hanging out in when not at the beach and the three bedrooms were perfect for giving our teenagers a little extra space. Would absolutely stay here again.

Short family trip

We had a great stay overall — the location was perfect, and the space was just what we needed. It was spacious, comfortable, and a great place to relax. However, a few appliances weren’t working during our visit: the oven and dishwasher were out of order, and the washing machine had a broken knob, which made laundry a bit tricky. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we enjoyed our time.

We had a great time. Lo.ts os stairs so be prepared. I thought it was a 2 car garage but was only. We had to cars. Parking isnt that easy. Luckily we only used our car once. The only thi g was everything closed so early.. All in all we had a blast

We all loved the space. Roof top patio was a hit. Enjoyed could walk on Bay side or board Walk along ocean. Great space for 3 couples. Only thing could have used a box of kleenex .

Love the location!!!

We absolutely loved this house. Yes the stairs were a lot but it was soooo close to the water. Family of 8... our only major complaint was the livingroom sitting area. Couches are very very short and uncomfortable. Every night we went to bed early rather than hanging out together. There was nowhere inside other than beds to relax and get comfortable. They realllllly need to be upgraded. But other than that the house is amazing!!!

Great stay by the beach!

The property was exactly as detailed in the listing. We received our access codes a few days prior to check in. The parking was VERY tight but we were able to get a 2022 Ford Expedition Max in to the provided garage space with the mirrors tucked in. No issues with neighbors, although our group wasn't very loud. Very short walk to Belmont Park and the beach. All in all, great, well-maintained home. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay here was very nice and close to the beach access. Beds were very comfy and the place was kept very clean. The rooftop access was also a plus to enjoy the scenary. Highly recommend!

Long weekend getaway !

It was a beautifully maintained property. The beach is a two minute walk away. Quiet area at night! My two boys loved the house and how close it was to the beach. A really nice place to stay if you want to slip away for whatever reason !
