Amazing Proximity to the Beach and Bay with Direct Ocean Views!

Enjoy the direct view of the ocean from the Master Bedroom and the upper balcony from this luxurious updated condominium on the 'Sunny Side of the Court'. Relax and sleep to the sound of the ocean waves as this property is just three buildings from the beach and just south of Mission Beach Park and Belmont Park. Property boasts an exclusive deck and patio for the use by our guests as well as an additional even larger shared deck. You will enjoy the proximity to the Boardwalk and beach – less than 100 steps. The unit has a one car garage spot that fits a single vehicle. The garage can be a tight fit so keep that in mind when renting a vehicle or driving. The approximate size of the garage is 17’ Long x 7.5’ Wide. You can also park in the public parking just one building away with overnight privileges. Master bedroom is upstairs, and the other bedroom and Queen sofa sleeper are downstairs. Unit is light, bright and airy!

You will experience additional savings by not renting beach gear and utilizing the on-site surf boards, boogie boards, beach cruisers and bikes, scooters, skateboards, beach chairs and umbrella as well as numerous other beach amenities. We even provide freshly laundered beach towels for both adults and children! Kitchen is complete with everything you will need during your stay including Keurig coffee and tea maker (including a variety of pods provided for your stay), blender, toaster, all kitchen and cookware, and everything you need for a BBQ as well (grill is located in the private deck)!

No need to spend your vacation dollars on bottled water – the kitchen has a reverse osmosis water filtration unit to provide you with all the drinking water needed for your stay. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, trash compactor, oven and range are all new stainless steel appliances available for your use. Bathrooms are completely stocked with separate shampoo, condition and body soap as well as fresh linens. All bedrooms have fresh linens as well as a spare set in case of an accident. As a last resort, a washing machine and dryer are available in the unit if you feel up to doing laundry on your vacation.

Bedrooms and all living spaces are appointed with contemporary furnishings. Master Bedroom is a King size with memory foam. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with trundle, twin over full with a twin trundle. Couch has a memory foam queen size pull out bed. Relax in the living room and watch something after the sunset on the 55” 4K LG Smart TV with ATT Uverse. If the day and the kids have worn you down, settle into the Master Bedroom and watch something on the other 55” 4K Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a flat screen LED TV. You could even decide to put all the technology away and sit at the kitchen table that seats six and play one of the many provided family games. The counter into the kitchen also has three additional bar stools for seating. If that’s not enough for everyone in the group, the coffee table top pulls towards the couch and allows for additional seating.

This home has the benefit of extreme proximity to the beach – but it also is walking distance to the bay, Mission Bay and Belmont Park, as well as numerous restaurants and local shops. Take a walk or ride on the boardwalk right up to Pacific Beach.

Property is located within 10 minutes to: Seaworld, San Diego International Airport, Historic Old Town, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Historic Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park and Museums, USS Midway Museum, and La Jolla and Torrey Pines Reserve.
Quick and easy freeway access will allow you to easily visit Legoland, The San Diego Zoo, The San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Coronado Island (Hotel Del Coronado) and dozens of other local attractions.

No particular views except the other residences in the immediate area. But the atmosphere around the neighborhood was very nice. Distance from the beach, restaurants, etc. was excellent. Walking, biking or short Uber rides got you just about everywhere. House was great! Energized we needed and more. Loved the free snacks and candy as well

My wife was very impressed with how the condo is very well stocked with just about anything you’d need to make any type of meal you could want. The condo itself was very homie and comfortable. Someplace you could actually stay comfortably for a full week of beach fun and exploring San Diego. Definitely would stay here again. Close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Garage space is limited we had a ford edge that fit but had to climb out of the back to get in and out. We parked it and just Ubered where we wanted to go it was more convenient since it was a holiday weekend. If you have a bigger vehicle there is parking nearby and seemed convenient but it was a holiday and parking spots were random. Non holiday may be better for parking. Overall it was a great time we had. Thank you for hosting a great place to stay!

Lacy and her property deserve 5 stars! She was an absolute pleasure to work with—always helpful, responsive, and timely with every email and text. It’s clear she takes pride in being a host and making her guests feel welcome. When I let her know the leashes on the surfboards were coming off, she had replacements from Amazon at the door the very next day!The property itself felt like a true home away from home. Lacy thought of every detail. I’ve stayed in other nearby rentals that were “fully stocked,” but none compare to this one. From the candy jars and spices in the kitchen, to the extra bathroom supplies, to water and ice ready in the fridge—you really don’t need to bring anything from home. The garage was even stocked with longboards and bikes. The space was spotless, thoughtfully prepared, and offered plenty of room for our group of five.The only small drawback for me (purely personal preference) was that I enjoy chatting with neighbors and people walking by when I’m in MB, and this property is more private. The enclosed patio off the master has seating and a BBQ, and there’s also access to a shared area with additional seating and lounge chairs—but the high walls make it more secluded. Many people would love that privacy, so it’s less a downside and more a matter of taste.Overall, this property is hands down 5 stars. My family highly recommends it for its size, layout, furnishings, thoughtful details, and above all, a fantastic host!

Our stay at this Ocean view property was absolutely incredible and exceeded all expectations. The stunning panoramic views of the ocean were breathtaking, especially from the spacious balcony where we enjoyed our dinner and evening cocktails! The complementary bikes allowed us to effortlessly explore the charming coastal town and enjoy scenic rides along the beach. The thoughtful extras like beach towels, beach, chairs, and other beach gear saved us so much space in our luggage and made our beach days a breeze. The property was clean and comfortable and communication from the host was excellent-clear, prompt and friendly ensuring a seem less experience from booking to check out. This oceanview property is a gem offering a perfect blend of relaxation adventure, and family fun. My kiddos especially enjoyed the candy bowl . Thank you for an awesome getaway!

Amazing with everything you need!

We can't say enough about our stay. The unit was lovely with everything we needed including bikes, beach chairs, wagon to bring everything to the beach, and so much more. Location was fantastic with just a short walk to Mission beach. I highly recommend staying at this property.

This property had everything you would need for your a family vacation. The location was everything. Walking distance to the beach and walking distance to Belmont park, local coffee shops and restaurants. The owner provided everything you would need and then some. The property was clean, supplied with enough towels, beach towels and beach supplies which saved me on renting them. Look no further this is where you need to stay!

This place was great! The location was excellent - mere feet from the ocean sand and a little off the main path to avoid the large beach crowds walking by. Inside was very clean, had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable family stay and we appreciated all the clear instructions left by the owner. We would stay again.

Girls Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and liked the location of the property relative to the beach. The unit itself was generally in good condition and easily accommodated the five of us. We found the garage to be extremely small and very difficult to park in because of all the extra items stored in there. Additionally we had problems getting the master shower to consistently work. It is unacceptable to have fixtures that aren’t in good working order and to have warnings that you could potentially break it.

Graduation Trip

My family and I stayed at this property around the time of my son’s college graduation. The location was great - steps from the beach, easy access to the airport and downtown and to highways. During our stay there were several noisy graduation parties but I suppose that’s to be expected at graduation time. The property could definitely use a deep clean as there were dirty dishes and pots and pans as well as dirt in the drawers. Not all of the kitchen appliances worked. We enjoyed being steps from the beach and parks. Parking was a challenge as the garage was very narrow for my van (we were warned about this) so we parked in neighboring lots and on the street. My parents thought the master bed was too hard, and the beds in the second bedroom were really firm. Overall, the property suited our stay but I doubt we’d return.

Simply the Best!

Great communication, great location, well-stocked and appointed, exactly as described. The owners include bikes, beach equipment, a well-appointed kitchen, and a grill, making cooking easy. Lovely location! I hope to book any future trip to SD with this host!
