My Concert was cancel on saturday same day i going the concert and i call you to try to cancel agent was very helpful I try to contact to the hotel and they never anwser also no way to leave a message because mail box was full The hotel call.me around 900pm and ask me if i will check in i try to talk to the lady call me and i explain about it she was rude I honestly may be i never use your application again

I enjoyed my stay at the Berkshire Motel. The motel is always clean and well maintained. I would like to suggest an extra blanket be available in the room for use at night. A safety grab bar in the shower would be useful to prevent any falls while showering. Thank you.

The room was updated and clean. Small. The room had a fridge but no microwave. There are only 4 parking spots if you don’t check in early or on time you can’t park here. I checked in closer to 8 pm and had to park 3 blocks away. Took 20 min to find parking. I asked if they could match the cheaper rate for that night and “that was not possible”. It was the most reasonable priced place to stay in SD but not without the inconvenience of parking for about $30 dollars more I would have been happier somewhere else.
