Find luxury and tranquility in equal measure in an Italian-built house in an exclusive enclave. Soak up the San Diego sunshine on the enclosed patio outside this private boutique room in a classic Italian-built home. All the doors, windows and bath vanities are imported from Italy. Quiet, safe, and convenient, this room features a private en suite bathroom and all the amenities expected from an upscale hotel. Extra-soft towels and bath robes, soft cotton sheets, plenty of down-alternative pillows, and you will love how comfortable the Queen-size bed is! The room has a Keurig coffee maker and pods, and a mini-fridge. There is a barbeque on the patio with all the utensils you will need to cook your meals.

It's about 20 minutes to the beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla. Downtown is easily accessible along with the zoo, wild animal park, and Sea World.

A dedicated outside door entrance to your villa means you do not have to enter the main home at all. All of the doors, windows and bath vanities were imported from Italy, and the homes were built with solid construction and beautiful appointments. Villa B is adjacent to Villa A, providing an ideal arrangement for two couples travelling together. Villa B is the smaller of the two, with a chest of drawers, Keurig coffee maker and pods, refrigerator/freezer, a dedicated bath and a small closet. TV with Roku streaming channels and Wi-Fi high-speed internet are also available. Luxury appointments such as 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases, both down and down-alternative non-allergenic pillows, 100% down comforter or 100% cotton comforter upon request, extra soft towels, and two comfortable bathrobes.

The room was nice and the check-in/check-out process were easy.I personally hated that this was just a room in their house and I could hear them while I stayed there. I thought VRBO's were always private residences. There was a time limit on showers, and I figured since I was staying in their house that they'd probably know if I went over.

Great Location

My husband and I were visiting San Diego to attend a Bridal Shower. For a short stay, the accommodations were perfect for us. We loved having a patio area to have a nice picnic and glass of wine. There is a great trail in the neighborhood just a block away that was convenient.

Beautiful, but a little far from what we wanted to do.

It was a beautiful property and was nice and cozy. We were only sleeping there so it was a good size. My husband's a marine so we underestimated the drive everywhere, but that's on us. Owners were nice and it was a nice neighborhood.
