The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom can be set up with either two twin beds or a king - just let us know your preference before arrival.

The bright, remodeled living spaces flow to a large backyard with alley access, on-site parking, and a refreshing outdoor shower.

We’ve stocked the home with beach chairs and towels so you’re ready for a day in the sand.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the main house and laundry facilities during their stay.

Entry is simple with our smart lock system - you’ll receive a unique PIN code prior to arrival for easy, contactless check-in and checkout.

The property is fully private to you, with the exception of a detached ADU on-site that has its own separate entrance from the alley and does not share any outdoor spaces.

If you need anything during your stay, simply send us a message. We are your primary hosts and will respond promptly.

For on-site needs or emergencies, our trusted co-host - who lives next door - can assist in person. Whether it’s help getting back inside, extra supplies, or any other urgent matter, we’ll coordinate with him to make sure you’re taken care of quickly.
