Past the sun-soaked living room, a breakfast bar and cozy dining area connect to the well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. A hall half bath resides on this ground level, while the three bedrooms and two remaining bathrooms are upstairs. The guest bedrooms share access to their own West-facing balcony complete with a conversational patio set for two. The primary suite offers a spa-like ensuite and its own private balcony with sweeping bay views. San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.

Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

Nice rental location. It was great for our family. It was on the bay side, and the pictures were accurate about the beach and location. We loved the boardwalk right outside the front door. Also, the ocean side is only two or three blocks away, so we did walk over there several times. It is close to many places to eat. The bay side is a bit more quiet and was enjoyable for us.

Just what the doctor ordered!

Had an amazing time at this gem located right on Mission Bay boardwalk. The place is awesome! We had 4 adults and it was perfect. Very well stocked, very clean, and a great, quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.The garage is tandem. It fit an Acura MDX and a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but barely. Anything bigger or wider will not fit. Parking is a bit scarce, so just be aware. Great location. Very safe, the neighborhood is relaxed, quiet and a family environment. I've already recommended this place to my coworkers and friends. It really is a nice place.

Enjoyed sitting on the patio and bedroom balcony overlooking the harbor and watching the world go by on the boardwalk.Great location and would recommend the Funky Lemon for breakfast or lunch. We were here on an August weekend and it was quiet.

Great for family

Clean and comfortable! Family of 4 had ample room to chill or have fun. Step out to the bay, walk to beach, Belmont Park or a number of restaurants
 had quality beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Garage is tight on the sides but we had no issues fitting a large SUV.

Girls weekend at the beach

This property was perfect for our girls getaway at the beach! After another property I had reserved canceled our booking unexpectedly, I’m so happy we were able to find this gem! Fun Memorial Day Weekend in Mission Bay

Our extended family stayed at this property to attend a nearby graduation. We enjoyed the excellent location-the Bay side is more chill and less crowded than the ocean side of Mission Bay, The place was very clean and everything worked. The bedrooms are quite roomy. The beach sand is 5 steps from the front door. A true "beach town" unit. Parking can be tough but the garage will hold 2 cars. Walk to beach, amusement park, public parks, etc. We would definitely come back.

Great home, clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for our family of four to sleep and hosted 7 for Thanksgiving dinner. Kitchen is well equipped, linens are fresh and new. Amazing location and views of Mission Bay. We will stay here again.

I searched and searched for the perfect place to stay and am so glad I came on this one. Location is great - looking out at the bay & steps away from the calm bayfront beach; few blocks away from the ocean beach. Bean bags, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Easy drive to downtown attractions, La Jolla, etc. Easy walk to Belmont Park and local restaurants. Clean, simple check in and check out. Highly recommend and would consider staying here again.

Fun times at this waterfront condo for our multi-generational "family"

Stayed June 25-30, 2023. The six of us (a 3 generation group of close friends and family, ages 10 months, 34, 35, 68, 70, 73 years old -- all very active) had a great time at this ideal location. We very much enjoyed being on the ground floor and walking out our patio directly to the "boardwalk", then the grass and the beach. Great for biking on the boardwalk to a local spot to get coffee and breakfast items, walking to dinner, launching our blow-up kayak and taking a spin in the bay, reading in a beach chair on the grass or beach, which was steps from our patio, and most importantly experiencing the baby's first experience with her feet in ocean water. So much fun! We checked out the furniture on other patios and "ours" appeared to be, by far, the most comfortable, which was much appreciated. The condo itself was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Management responded quickly and graciously to any questions/issues we had.

A High Quality Beach House

We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years. Probably at least 8 on Mission Bay alone. This ranks as one of the nicest. Very upscale decor. Quality of furnishings, attractively decorated. Many extras from Roku to well labeled light switches to a 30’ long tandem garage to sharp knives (rare in most rentals). Located at the quieter end of Mission Bay. Finally a very simple checkout process. We will definitely have this high on our list for our next stay.
