POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES • Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families). • Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. • Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Great location on Mission Beach. Short walk to coast. We rented entire property. We had plenty of space for all. Plenty of towels and kitchens all had good tools and beds were comfortable. I stayed in one of the upstairs units and found that probably need a bit of a refresh in bathroom. Vanity was a bit worn. Otherwise a great spot.
This property was ideal for our family of 20 attending a wedding in La Jolla. Response for booking, confirmation and information provided in timely manner and transaction was seamless. Property is in great location and very close to beach and many amenities. Each unit very clean and fully stocked with all you need (kitchen supplies, bath towels, paper goods, etc.) as well as beach needs (chairs, beach toys and games and beach towels). The parking spaces were great to have available as we did rent cars. Would recommend and refer anyone to this property - we had a great stay - would not hesitate to rebook!
The apartments are very well equipped with beach gear (towels, chairs, toys) and kitchen supplies. We especially appreciated having sharp knives, tongs, BBQ tools, etc. We had 4 generations of family and there was space for all of us to gather in the outside space on the ground floor. the upstairs patio could be secured for the toddlers to wander. Comfy beds and the apartments were very clean and tidy. Excellent location and having parking is essential since street parking is challenging. I would be happy to return!

Good times with the entire family
We had our entire family visiting and had a great time at this Avalon 7 home. Just as advertised we had the entire building to ourself, the units had new furniture and plenty of kitchenware, and the outdoor spaces were large enough for all of us to gather. The beach is literally less than a minute walk, and a huge plus was plenty of parking.

Our group consisted of a mix of 20 adults and children. The offering fit us well, with plenty of outdoor space for us all to gather. The interiors were nicely appointed and very clean. Parking was super easy, there seemed to be 8 spaces (more than advertised!). We would stay again!

Lots of space for our huge group
Our entire group of 16 family members stayed for a wedding, it was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of parking, located near the beach and near the Bahia wedding venue, and had plenty of space for all of us. The only downside was not every unit had washer dryer, but we made due. Not a big deal!!!
It is obvious the managers care about this property and it was a pleasure to stay here. The rooms were beautiful, homey and welcoming. There were plenty of beach towels and toys. Our large group stayed in all 4 condos and loved using the grill, hanging out on the large patio, or walking the short distance to the beach. The neighbors, most of whom are year-rounders, were so friendly! Location was perfect! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 17 to gather. Super clean and quiet as well. We could not have asked for anything better! It was a joy and priviledge to stay here!
The host was very responsive. We had some trouble with our WiFi and they immediately sent troubleshooting tips. It turned out one of my daughters had accidentally unplugged the router. We loved the proximity to the beach, it’s about 5 units in from the walking path along Mission Beach. We took the provided chairs and boogie boards out and sat by the beach several times. It was very private, far away from the public area by Belmont Park, yet still an enjoyable walk right along the beach to get to the shops. It is also within walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants and stores. We had all 4 units and the lower deck was spacious and there was room for all 19 of us. My only complaint was you couldn’t run both dryers at once. They seem to be vented together and the steam from the upper dryer comes through to the lower dryer and the clothes don’t dry. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very close to the sand! However, it is right under the airport flight path which was very loud. Great upstairs and downstairs deck. We rented all 4 units for a family of 15 and there was plenty of room for us to congregate outside on the patio. Couches and a large outdoor dining table with cafe and twinkle lights were great. Condo kitchens are a bit rundown, WiFi was not great. Only a mile from Belmont park and all the restaurants,shops, which was perfect. Close enough to get to but far enough away to avoid the crowds and crowded beach. No full length mirror in any of the condos, that would be a great addition. Beds were super comfortable and condos were cutely decorated. Loved having the beach chairs and towels provided. Management was very responsive. Very very tight parking spaces. Couldn't get in or out of our car when we had a car in every spot provided. Just fyi. But loved having the parking!!
