Very convenient location near Crystal Pierce and little shops, coffee, dessert and eateries. Fun beach vibe and also close to our destination attractions this trip (Sea Wirld, Balboa Park and Little Italy) We have family to visit and had a nice place to retreat to when we all went in different directions. While I would stay here again, I would mention that the kitchen is very narrow and not well stocked for cooking, and the entrance to the front door from the alley where you park and even from the street side is a little sketch at night as it has zero lighting.

Location is perfect for walking anywhere. Very clean and has everything you’ll need, including your own parking space. Having the AC is definitely a plus. Would stay here every vacation to pacific beach.

Very nice place with great set up for 2 couples. Only concerns: only one dish towel, shower door didnt glide smoothly, and coffee machine didn’t work. But overall we were very happy with this rental.
