This beautiful single-family home located in San Diego's prized historic district of Mission Hills is available to rent much of November & December 2025, with many weeks still available in April & May 2026. Located at the Heart of San Diego's Uptown - this bright and airy customized home offers style and privacy for a family of 3 - 4 or two adult couples traveling together! A well-behaved pet is also welcome. The dramatic Open Floorplan boasts vaulted beamed ceilings, a switch-activated gas fireplace, comfortable Pottery Barn and Italian leather furnishings. and gleaming hardwood floors. The open Kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances and cooking tools for the chef-enthusiast. There are 2 bedrooms, separated by private hallways, each bedroom with a high quality King bed and accompanying bathroom with walk-in tiled showers. Enjoy climate-controlled mini-split air-conditioning or thermostatically controlled heating by room, plus the cozy warmth of the Living Room's gas fireplace. Out front - relax under the pergola adjacent the stone driveway which provides one on-site parking space.
