With a Walk Score of 97, you'll be in a "Walker's Paradise" where most errands can be accomplished on foot. Many of San Diego's most sought after amenities are only a short Uber or car ride away. We do not have access to off street parking, and street parking can be difficult.

Other Things to Note:
This is an exclusive use, private upstairs 1bd apartment that is located in a 4-plex behind a 9 unit apartment building. There is no off street parking, and parking in the area can be somewhat difficult to come by. Please plan your transportation accordingly.

Points forts : Propreté
The place is nice, but smells bad. The main problem is parking. The property offers no parking and made poor suggestions for parking options, all of which were several blocks away. I found a lot a block away directly behind Urban Mo's bar that was well lit, but the longest time period you could park was 10 hours, so it required constant back and forth and careful time management to make sure not to get towed. Hassle!! The AC wall units work fine, but take a while to get used to the two separate control units. The AC happened to stop working during my stay so maintenance had to come fix one of the units. Lastly, I got a late checkout on Sunday of noon, but when the regular checkout time of 11AM came along, I was locked out because management neglected to extend my door code for the extra hour. I was packing the car at the time and left my cell in the apt, so I couldn't reach anyone to tell them I was locked out. So, if you stay here, be prepared to struggle with the parking situation and there's the potential for management to drop the ball. But the unit itself is nice.
