Positives: Location. Centrally located in San Diego, walking distance to breweries, restaurants, shopping. Very walkable neighborhood, pretty spacious unit. Full washer & dryer is key. The rooftop deck is a nice bonus.Negatives: The unit is not equipped well. There was no comforter on the bed, it lacked toiletries and basic supplies. The wall mounted heater-A/C did not control the temp too well. 10:00 am checkout is too early and a strict 4:00 pm checkin with no flexibility to drop luggage early was frustrating.
Good Communication with owner, everything was clean. Neighborhood is busy and offers lots of food choices within walking distance. A "Target" shopping across the street. Limited parking as owner stated, North Park is very busy area.
