Built in 1907, this `Harry & Hattie Stone House` is a stunning Craftsman located in the heart of Bankers Hill/Mission Hills with freeway access nearby. Beautifully remodeled for modern living yet still filled with vintage charm, warmth, and tons of character, and plenty of parking!

▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ PET POLICY: We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. We’ve provided a vacuum, broom, and dustpan for any fur or spills—just be sure to unclog the vacuum if needed. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet.
▪️ KID & BABY AMENITIES: We will charge a $40 cleaning fee if they are left or put away extremely dirty.
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages.

Great house and neighborhood

We loved everything about this house. The house was everything as advertised, it was in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. We loved the outside fire pit after a day of site seeing. Close to airport, Balboa Park and little Italy.

Awesome house!

I visited with my 2 daughters and my best friend and her 2 daughters and we loved it. The house was so beautiful and had everything we needed! Gabe was a very gracious and helpful host and we could tell he really wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you so much for a lovely time!

Great family outdoor space.

The fire pit was amazing for everyone to gather around at night & share their stories. The outdoor table & chairs was large & perfect for all our meals. The yard was totally fenced & the toddlers were safe & secure & couldn’t get out. This property was perfect for a large family get together, a short walk or Uber ride to all San Diego attractions.

Beautiful historic house

Spacious, beautiful historic home centrally located in San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet but is walking distance to Balboa Park and close to many attractions. The kitchen is beautifully renovated, and the front porch and back yard are tranquil. Our party of six (four adults, two children) had plenty of room in the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property owner was attentive and helpful when small issues came up. As with any historic property, the old house has small issues (claw foot bathtubs are complicated for showering, for example), but we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
