The Space:
The living area is the perfect space to take in the ocean view and breezes, while you relax on the oversized sectional sofa. Whether it's watching an iconic sunset from the couch, or watching your favorite show on the 55 inch smart T.V, you'll be living the California dream in this beautifully decorated space. Lots of natural light surrounds the entire home. *Large over sized sectional sofa sleeps one person.

-Fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots & pans, silverware, wine glasses, Kuerig coffee maker, K-pods, microwave, toaster and more.

Master Bedroom
-Amazing ocean views with King bed.

2nd Bedroom

-The following items are provided for your stay: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, towels and toilet paper. Additional beach towels are provided.

There is one parking spot in the garage for a small COMPACT car(no larger than a Ford Fiesta).

This rental is for one of the second levels apartments, to access you will need to go up a flight of stairs. There are 2 other units in the building.
Guests will have access to approximately 700 sq ft of indoor living space plus, parking for one compact car in the garage.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment. There is a shared entrance with two other units on the property.
Washer and Dryer are shared and in the garage.
You have parking for ONE COMPACT car in the garage. Only Ford Fiesta and Smart Car sized vehicles fit in the parking spot.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is in a prime spot in Mission Beach/Pacific Beach, San Diego, California, USA
Mission Beach and Pacific Beach stretch for over 3 miles with a walk/bike cement path leading from Mission Beach jetty all the way to Law Street park.
There are lots of bars, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.
Just a half block to the ocean, Pismo court is a great spot to chill and take in the Pacific Beach vibe.
Shops and stores are all around with everything from vegan sushi to well-aged steaks Mission Beach is a great place to ride our bicycles included with the rental.
Open the windows and hear the ocean waves.

Getting Around:
Uber is super cheap in San Diego

There is also a great bus and trolley system here

Coronavirus has been a worldwide concern and has affected all business including short term rentals. We have implemented extra precautions to ensure a worry free stay. We bleach the following surfaces and items: the floors, linens, all kitchen and bathroom surfaces, door knobs, handrails, and remotes.

Please note this is NOT a party house.
Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM every day. Please consider another listing if you are wanting to party. No more than 5 persons allowed in home at all times.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo/video shoots or other business use.
No pets allowed.
Please also note that this listing may not be suitable for young children. The windows on the second story do not have protective screens.
