This place is excellent! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The patio is amazing, and set back for a little privacy. Plenty of sleeping options in two bedrooms. This place is close to everything, restaurants, groceries and beaches. Highly recommend this place is you are planning on staying there in San Diego.

2 magical weeks to start summer properly

College Visits & Surfing

Perfect location for teens to have family time and independence. They loved walking to the ocean to surf. Many great surf shops nearby. If you are a runner or love to paddle, this is a great spot. Very relaxing in the morning fog to sit with tea on the balcony and listen to the birds.

Perfection!

We stayed over 2 weeks at this home in North Mission Beach. It has glorious views, a perfect location, easily accessible, can walk to restaurants, the beach, up and down every boardwalk, around the bay. The home was fantastic. The bed and bed linens were a piece of heaven. I would prefer them over my own (expensive) mattress and linens. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we could need. The property manager was the fastest ever responding to questions and one small issue I had, they solved within the hour. I would recommend this home (and it is a "home") for anyone and would stay there again.

Fantastic Rental With Perfect Location.

What a great property! Fantastic location with many dining options next door. It is a 3 min walk to The Catamaran which has a few great restaurants that look out over the bay. Also, the ocean is a 3 min walk (across Mission Blvd).Everything inside was clean and very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water was abundant. Huge garage made parking/loading/unloading easy. We’d open the windows and large slider in the living room to let the cool air in. Just a great rental, overall. Something to note, there are 3 very steep staircases in the house. For those with small children or elderly adults, this should be noted. Our 6 year old had no issues, but if he was younger it may have been dangerous for him. Regardless, we will stay here again.

Great property!

This is a beautiful place in a perfect location. The bay is right out the front door, and the beach is just a few minutes walking distance away. It was nice and quiet on the bay side. You can hear the waves crashing out of the master window at night. We would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful location

Wonderful property. View of Mission Bay was super and nightly fireworks from Sea Workd were a bonus. Location was close to grocery store and many restaurants. Only two blocks from the ocean the breeze was enjoyable and the walk to the beach was easy. The house was well appointed and we were very pleased. 100% recommend.

Amazing!!!

This was the absolute best place to stay in Mission Beach. Staying on the bay side was so peaceful and calm and the ocean side was only a street away. The interior was to die for and the whole place was stocked with everything you need. There is a STEAM shower!

We had a wonderful time. The property is well located and more than large enough for our family. We enjoyed the area, the proximity to the ocean and the amazing sunrises. It’s not possibly your take more than one shower at a time however and we kept having issues with the code for the front door. We would have appreciated a garage door opener as well. Property managers were nice and responsive. We recommend this rental! Thanks

Beautiful view, nice location

Clean, well appointed unit in a quiet location convenient to oceanside, eateries and Ralph's. We cook most of our meals and this kitchen is great. The sliding doors/windows that completely open the living room wall to the deck brought the outdoors inside--relaxing "beachy" feel with a nice view. The unit has way too many stairs for seniors, children under 5, or anyone with mobility issues. Families should be aware that the only seating other that a too-soft sectional, are metal backless barstools. Good unit for adult groups or those with older children.
