Privacy, views and a resort-style pool all in a gated luxury estate in Mission Bay! This is the perfect vacation house!

This recently remodeled 5 bedroom home has 6 queen size beds in large, spacious rooms, plus 4 bathrooms. This property is fully gated and private.

The crowning jewel of this house is the resort-style pool deck, complete with jacuzzi, lounge chairs, covered cabana, hanging chairs, ping pong table and all the pool accessories you could dream of. This is the perfect pool for entertaining and enjoying the outdoor bar!

The bay and beach are within 5 minute drive and this home is truly close to everything San Diego has to offer.

Inside, the recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped to cook a feast, with new kitchen cabinets and granite counter top, plus brand new custom wood flooring, no detail has been ignored. Enjoy the views of the bay and city from the private dining terrace while you enjoy the San Diego weather and grill on the stainless steel BBQ.

Bedrooms are spaced out between three floors, so this is a great house for those who are traveling in large groups but want privacy. If you're visiting San Diego for a wedding, work convention, ComicCon or family function, this home is for you.

Downstairs you’ll find a generous huge master suite with ensuite bath and walk in closet, which opens onto the pool deck; the perfect place for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.

Also downstairs is a generous secondary bedroom with queen size bed and crib. Room is to be updated with a queen size bunk bed, with upgraded mattresses and beds large enough for adults, in late June 2019. This bedroom also opens up to the pool deck.

Two large bedrooms both with queen size beds and a shared bath are on the main level. And the third floor features two queen size beds in one room with plenty of space to spare and a shared full bathroom.

An incredible place to stay in San Diego. It has a view that is amazing. Everything was clean and the facilities had everything you could need. It can handle a large number easily because it’s very spread out. Great location as well. The pool is a very nice feature. It would have been useful to know how the pool heating worked as it was a bit cold when we were there and never got instructions. Highly recommended!

Host was accommodating and the amenities were good. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed. There were a lot areas of the home that were neglected, needing work and were even unsafe. There was a large mirror in the master bedroom that was just leaning against the wall. If a kid/toddler were to touch it wrong it could fall on them and literally kill them. It is not a luxury listing. It was not recently remodeled, far from it. The pool is old and the patio furniture is aged.It does have lots of space and the views are good. But I think the listing is very deceiving.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The place was sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described, maybe even better in person. Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Ali's home. It is perfectly located for any and all adventures in the San Diego area. The pool was fantastic after a day of waves or seeing the sights. The breeze on the deck made for perfect dining and fireworks viewing. We did not feel crowded and enjoyed having many ares in which to spread out.The kitchen was fully stocked. In fact I don't think I have ever encountered so many pans outside of Williams-Sonoma!Ali was a wonderful host and totally accessible to us. It was a pleasure working with him.

nice place

the house was nice and accommodating for 9 of us. the pool was perfect and each bedroom provided comfortable beds. there was plenty of room for all of us.the only issue came with the wifi (not working) and the outlets throughout the house were not functional. the plug fell out of the outlets and we had to use the kitchen or one bathroom with gfi. a little frustrating but we managed.overall the house served our purpose and we had a great time.

Great house in a great location!

We had a group of 13 and there was plenty of room for everyone, beds were very comfortable. The house has an amazing pool and hot tub area as well as a nice patio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We loved walking down to Bay Park coffee every day for a fresh cup of delicious coffee. Ali was very responsive to any questions we had. We made great memories on our trip and would gladly stay again!
