We are located in a very quiet, high-density neighborhood of South Mission Beach with many full time residents. There are strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

We really enjoyed out stay we were very comfortable in the condo. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Bicycles, barbeque, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The sunsets from the deck were beautiful. We walked to several restaurants that had great food.

Amazing place and location! It had everything we need, and has plenty of space for a family. Literally a few steps from Mission Beach, is far enough away from Belmont park that itā€™s quiet, and has all of the comforts of home if you decide to stay in for a night or two. The owner, Colleen did a wonderful job of answering questions and communicating. We had some lovely BBQ dinners on the top deck. The beach and bay are both so close. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. My granddaughter enjoyed the two nearby parks.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful time at the property. The location is perfect for both walking around in the evening and driving around to explore San Diego during the day. The house is perfectly stocked. There is a 1 car garage that is 10/10 for a small sedan (but might be a little too tight for an SUV). Overall, we would be back for sure!
