We’ve stocked the home with everything you need for the ultimate beach day: boogie boards, surfboards, sand toys, beach chairs, and even cornhole for some fun in the sun. While you’re in the heart of the action, the condo sits in a quiet, peaceful pocket so you can truly unwind.



Inside, the space is a chef’s dream. While compact, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal, featuring premium All-Clad cookware, Henckel knives, and Crate & Barrel dinnerware. With an Instant Pot, rice cooker, and your choice of a Cuisinart drip or 12-cup French Press, it’s the ultimate coastal retreat for those who want the sun and sand of Mission Beach and a space where you can actually enjoy cooking with the best tools available.

We’re so excited to host you and want you to feel right at home! Please keep in mind that this is a home—not a hotel—so we kindly ask that you treat the space with love and care.



Regarding Parking: Please do NOT park in the small lot in front of our complex. Those spots are reserved for tenants who do not have a garage space. The public lot down on the bayside is free and safe. However, please note that the gate closes at 10pm and does not open again until 4am every night. There is no way to get your car out of that lot after 10pm.



Please Note: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
