Booking this property means you agree to follow these house rules. These guidelines help us provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests while respecting our neighbors and complying with the City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental regulations.

No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, marijuana, cigars, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies, rooftop deck, patios, parking areas, and all indoor spaces.

Any evidence of smoking or smoke odor may result in additional cleaning fees.

Check-In & Checkout
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Checkout: By 10:00 AM

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts when another reservation is scheduled the same day.

Unauthorized late departures may be subject to additional charges.

Quiet Hours & No Parties
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, receptions, or large gatherings.
Please be respectful of our neighbors, especially when using the rooftop deck or balcony.
The home is equipped with noise monitoring devices (no audio recording).

Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines in accordance with City of San Diego regulations.

Occupancy Limits
Only the guests listed on the reservation may access the property.

Maximum occupancy must never be exceeded.
Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Guest groups must be 25 years or older, unless traveling as a family.

Additional unauthorized guests may result in cancellation without refund.

Pets
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

Rooftop Deck Safety
The rooftop deck offers incredible panoramic views and is one of the highlights of the home.

For everyone's safety:

Children must be supervised at all times.
No climbing or sitting on railings.
No glass containers on the rooftop.
Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly after sunset.

BBQ Grill
Please use the BBQ responsibly.

Never leave the grill unattended while in use.
Clean the cooking surface after use.
Ensure the grill is turned off completely before leaving.

Guests are responsible for damage resulting from improper use.

Parking
Parking is limited to:

✔ Two tandem parking spaces in the shared carport.

Please note:

Spaces are narrow and are not suitable for oversized SUVs, trucks, or large vehicles.
Do not block neighboring parking areas or driveways.
Street parking availability is limited and local parking regulations must be followed.

Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras may be installed around the outside of the property for security purposes only.

There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces.

Maintenance Access
To keep the property in excellent condition, scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs may occasionally be necessary.

Authorized staff may enter the property with proper notice whenever possible, or immediately in the event of an emergency.

Please report any maintenance issues as soon as possible.

ID Verification
Government-issued photo identification and a valid payment method are required before check-in.

Guests must complete any required rental agreement and identity verification before arrival.

Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including damage caused by visitors.

Please report accidental damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged after checkout when necessary.

Lost & Left-Behind Items
We are not responsible for items left behind after checkout.

If something is forgotten, contact us promptly and we'll do our best to assist with recovery and shipping at the guest's expense.

Property Use
The home is intended solely for vacation lodging.

The following are prohibited:

Illegal activities
Commercial use without written approval
Filming or professional photography without permission
Events or gatherings of any kind

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the reservation.

City of San Diego Ordinance
This property operates under the City of San Diego Short-Term Rental Ordinance.

Any party, excessive noise complaint, or disturbance to neighbors may result in:

Immediate eviction without refund
City-issued fines (minimum $1,000)
Additional penalties imposed by local authorities
