We had a great stay at this property during our family trip to San Diego to visit Sea World and the SD Zoo. It was perfect for six adults and two toddlers. We loved the neighborhood and its convenient location. It also has an amazing view from the front deck! Teresa was a great host! I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The home has a really nice view and the front patio is a great place to relax. The location was perfect for us — grocery stores are about five minutes away or less, and it’s very close to the beach and SeaWorld.There were a few things future guests should know. The house was not as clean as we expected. There were spiderwebs and spiders in several areas and the floors were quite dirty. The patio chairs in the backyard were also very dirty.When we arrived, the front door would not lock from the outside, so we had to leave through the back door to lock the house. They did come the next day to replace the batteries and it worked fine after that. We also accidentally locked ourselves out of one bedroom. While it would be helpful to have a spare key on site, they were able to send someone the same day to unlock it.One of the beds was extremely low and uncomfortable and could use a new bed frame. Also, airplanes fly overhead frequently, which didn’t bother us but could affect light sleepers.That said, they did resolve issues quickly. I accidentally left my toiletries bag and they mailed it back within a few days, which I appreciated.

Location is wonderful. While the host seemed welcoming, we had multiple concerns. The home was not equipped with items you would typically expect within the bathrooms (asked for towels and waited 14 hours) and kitchen (salt/pepper, strainer) which was disappointing. Note that when you arrive, you are met with over a dozen stairs to access the front door. This will prove difficult for older individuals with large bags. Lastly, would have been nice to be informed to pack earplugs given the planes heard overhead every 10 minutes.

End of summer trip did not disappoint! Teresa was wonderful! I appreciated her wonderful communication and responding to all my questions and needs quickly.The beds were super comfy, perfect space for accommodating a family of 6. My kids enjoyed the putting greens and the front patio. It was so fun to watch the fireworks and enjoy quality time with everyone. The best part was being so close to everything! Such a gem of a house. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our summer memorable.
