One bedroom, new construction in Pacific Beach

Come vacation in this brand new one bedroom property located just a couple blocks from Mission Bay and a few blocks from the beach! In addition to being close to the bay and beach, it is only 3 blocks from all the action Pacific Beach has to offer. 
Walk into the living room with nice high vaulted ceilings giving the room a large open feel. The kitchen is spacious and complete with everything you will need for cooking at home.  Enjoy your meals at the bar counter top or take it outside to the shared patio area and enjoy a nice fire under the stars. We have also included a gas BBQ for guests to use also located in the patio area.
You can jump on the beach cruisers to check out the area or load up the wagon with all your beach items and head to the sand! Take advantage of the outdoor shower when returning to the beach to wash all the sand away. If the weather is just too nice to sit inside, pull up a chair and enjoy the sun in the patio area while someone else gets the BBQ and outdoor fire started.

Cute getaway!

My hubby & I stayed with our young kiddo. The cottage was so cute & actually very spacious! Very new & clean! All the needed items! Felt like home! We loved it! The manager was extremely responsive & helpful. A short distance to PB & close to many amenities. Nice neighborhood. Street parking can get tricky, but doable. You'll love your stay here! We'd stay again!!

Almost Perfect

This place is really nice and it has central air conditioning. Everything felt new, and it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the dishes, glasses, and appliances you need, and again, they seemed new. The big drawback was the shared wall in the bedroom with the attached residence. The wall is so thin, it felt like they were in the bedroom with you. They were early risers, between 5:30 and 7:00 am every day, so there was no sleeping in.

Beautiful place! Immaculate and nicely decorated. Only downside: the pillows were not comfortable there wasn’t coffee provided. But I would definitely stay here again. Nice little walk to coffee shop and Sprouts.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The check in process was easy, the communication great, the cleanliness was immaculate, the kitchen well stocked, and the location was wonderful! Bikes were accessible and I enjoyed biking along the bay each morning. I loved being able to sit outside each morning with my coffee. It felt very private.

This is a great property. Recently remodeled, very clean, well equipped and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Well within walking distance to the beach, bay and local shopping, restaurants. The hosts were nice and accommodating. The property management company was very professional, responsive and helpful when he needed to change the dates for our stay.

Exceptional Property

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything we wanted. The bay is visible when you walk just two houses down. The home is beautiful, very clean and aesthetically gorgeous. We will definitely stay here again. Bobby and his wife are great and available if anything is needed. Highly recommend.

Great property and location!

We chose this place because it was 2 blocks from my sister-in-law. The property itself is in a great location and walking distance to downtown. It was very clean and comfortable. We even made a big dinner with the full kitchen and utensils. We plan on staying here again the next time we visit. Highly recommended!

Perfect bungalow

My wife and I spent a long weekend for Memorial Day at this property. The unit is very well built and designed. We were very pleased with it. Especially liked all the security and the availability of beach cruiser bikes in the garage. We actually didn’t rent a car and just rode bikes all weekend. Highly recommended rental. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We have been coming to Pacific beach for many years and this accommodation has been by far the best. It’s was just as the pictures showed. It’s extremely clean and well cared for. The unit was fully equipped with everything you would need. The bed was so comfortable. We used the bikes everyday. Location was fantastic. Located in a quite, safe neighborhood. Close to my two favorite stores, Sprouts and Trader Joe’s. It’s a short walk to the inner Mission Bay. I would highly recommend this rental and we would definitely stay again when we return. The rental agent was also prompt at returning any inquiries.

Fun in the “Sun”

Came to see family. Great place! Used the bikes to get around. The apartment had everything we needed! Loved having all the extra towels! Beautiful kitchen! Comfy bed! Lots of storage! Very safe and secure!
