If you're looking for convenience, then look no further, we want to welcome you to Bankers Hill. An area is known for the affluent, which is how it got its name Bankers Hill its name. These days, Bankers Hill is a cultured community that is hot for trends. Within its borders, there are farm-to-table restaurants, to sushi spots, small plate eateries and decadent dessert restaurants that rival those found in neighboring Little Italy.

Bankers Hill is conveniently located four blocks (10 min walking distance) to Little Italy. Little Italy is a lively neighborhood filled with patio cafe's, restaurants, pubs, galleries, shops, hotels, and the beautiful Piazza della Famiglia, one of San Diego’s most hottest spots.

Your a short (5-10 min) car ride to many of San Diego’s top beaches and favorite attractions. Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Bay Front Park, Downtown, Petco Park, San Diego Convention Center, Seaport Village and Old Town, just to name a few.

With nearly floor to ceiling windows providing panoramic views of downtown and the sea, in the living room and bedroom, your awe struck eyes will be delighted from the early dawn to the orange and pink soaked skies at sunset. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine on one of two private outdoor patios. And for the aviator lover, enjoy the thrill of a Bowing 747 rush overhead so close it's as if your fingers could touch it, but don't worry, once inside you'll barely notice as they pass overhead.

Whether it's a quick weekend with friends or for business or even a whole week on vacation with the family, we guarantee the memories made at here in San Diego will last a lifetime and you'll feel right at home.

KITCHEN
The condo has a full sized fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, microwave, refrigerator and dinning table for four. Forget washing dishes, this condo has a dishwasher as well! We offer a fully stocked coffee station and your basic cooking essentials. (Although we are happy to recommend a handful of delicious restaurants just minutes away as well) Some items we keep stocked for use include: coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, baking dishes, wine and drinking glasses, plus plateware.

My stay was amazing. The unit was very clean and the host were incredibly helpful and kind. It has an amazing view which was one of my favorite parts of my stay. The location is very ideal for anything you’d want to do in San Diego, only a short car ride at the longest. I will definitely book again if I’m ever in town

The property was very clean and met all of our needs during our stay. It was directly in the flight path and noisy but we got used to it and slept right through it at night. The ear plugs provided are a nice touch. The location was absolutely amazing and in close proximity to everything we wanted to see. There was one day we had a problem with the elevator where we had to contact the property manager. The issue was fixed in a timely manner. Overall, our say was exceptional. The view from the balcony during the night hours may have been the best of all!

The condo is in a great area and right outside of little italy. The plains do fly right over top of you but we got used to it in just a few hours. The Host was very commutative and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy

Savannah’s home in Bankers Hill was the perfect place for my husband, mother, and I to stay. We loved it- beautiful views, cozy beds, conveniently located- I could go on. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the planes take off, movies in the living room, cooking, etc. It’s also super spacious- the three of us were very comfortable staying here. I'll definitely be booking their home again if it’s available the next time we visit.Also want to mention Savannah was very easy to reach if needed and made the check in/check out process easy. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home for a few days :)

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The jets overhead were a big highlight for the two day visit. We were here for the marathon and walked about 20 min to the start near Balboa Park. Easy and short Uber ride to/from airport. One of the few times we didn’t rent a car. Little Italy was about a 10-15 wall and we did this both in the morning and after dark and it was a nice walk. Plenty of restaurants and takeout. Nice shower! Very clean accommodations.

We had our first, non sports related vacation in years. It was nice to go down and just have fun. The property was clean, nice and super convenient to all the local spots, SeaWorld, Balboa Park and the Zoo, Downtown and Hillcrest. It was perfect. We would stay there again.

This VRBO was very clean. Communication was direct and timely. It is on the 3rd floor - the steps are easy to use but, there is also an elevator - very convenient. Savannah mentions that you are on the exact path for planes landing on the airport runway. They are startling at 1st but, they did not upset a good time and they do not fly over during the night hours - so it's very quiet. This location was so close to Little Italy, which is lined w/ restaurants and has the best farmers' market every Wednesday and Saturday - very walkable. We discovered the area itself has an interesting history and some wonderful architecture. Great view - beautiful sunsets.

Amazing views and location

We loved Savannah’s place! We chose it because of the location and the amazing views of downtown and the water and it exceeded our expectations. Banker’s Hill is a quieter neighborhood but walking about 5 minutes will get you to the heart of Little Italy with tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Banker’s Hill is very much in the flight path of planes landing at the airport (which you also have a pretty unique view of) but the noise from inside the unit isn’t bothersome, and the hosts provide a supply of ear plugs for anyone who might be a very light sleeper (we had zero issue and didn’t need ear plugs). It goes without saying but the unit was also immaculately clean, appliances/fixtures were all in excellent shape, check in/check out was a breeze, and Savannah was extremely responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in San Diego!

Excellent property with a great view

The panoramic view discussed in the description is exactly what it says it is... gorgeous. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the owners were very attentive to any issues. There are sounds of planes going overhead, but they were not too disruptive. Would stay there again if we go back to San Diego.

Short stay to visit the sights.

Very prime location, very clean (and well renovated) aesthetics. The property is directly in the landing zone line for the San Diego airport, and is when outside it is very loud from time to time with aircraft making their landing approach. Inside the property you can still hear, but the walls are quite well soundproofed to cut down the noise. Our two kids slept through the night w/o issue from the noise (they also LOVED watching the planes land on the runway every 3-5 minutes). Would recommend this place, very well maintained.

My husband, my friends and I highly recommend this property! We spent two very enjoyable days in San Diego and would stay again in this condo. The proximity to Little Italy, the Gaslamp District and Seaport Village was perfect for the tours we took. The aviation theme plus the airplane activity was an added bonus! We loved watching the planes come in! My husband particularly loved the fact that he could watch them come in through the window in the ensuite shower! Savannah was an excellent communicator and offered to help us make the most of our time in San Diego. This property had everything we wanted for our time in the city. I really hope we can stay here again!
