Totally private compact 2 bdrm/1 bath house with A/C, private entrance, full private roof top deck, with star gazing igloo and 2 outdoor patio! Eclectic neighborhood with our own quaint main street lined with amazing restaurants and bars-University Heights is where it's at! Only a short walk to Hillcrest and easy drive to North Park, $5 Uber ride to downtown, 10 minute drive to the zoo and balboa park, 15 minute drive to beaches.

Perfect place for a family of four, they thought of everything from beach towels to toys and loved the convenience of washer and dryer. It’s in a great location, we walked everyday to breakfast and to get coffee. No issues with parking always found a spot on the street.

This vacation rental is one of the best I’ve stayed in. The location is about 15 minutes from anything you’d want to go see, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the privacy of the patio and the host was gracious and happy to lend us children’s toys and beach gear for our stay

Absolutely wonderful stay! Before we arrived, Amanda reached out a few times to ensure we had everything we may need. The location was clean, parking was easy, and she thought of all the odds and ends. Things like beach towels, sun hats, games and other basic things that you'll want in San Diego but don't want to pack and haul with you is readily available. Highly recommend

The space was nice and cozy, and we especially appreciated the terrace, which gave my son plenty of room to work on his robotics skills for his competition. Great location. Easy to get around to different parts of the city and surrounding areas. Great place for a family with all of the amenities for our two year-old daughter. Consistent communication from the host. Easy street parking throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!We had everything we needed and MORE!Comfortable beds, the owner thought of everything we might need including beach towels and chairs. Perfect for our family of 3. The rooftop area was amazing!!We never had a problem finding a parking spot. Great, central location for all the “touristy” places!

Great unit, close driving distance to many tourist sites. Walking distance to a few restaurants and bars on Park. Fantastic water pressure for the shower! Lots of beach and kid-friendly gear provided. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again when I return

It was a great weekend in San Diego. The location is very central so you can get downtown and the beach very easily. It was nice to be able to have places to dine on Park ave within walking distance. The unit was very nice. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Amanda’s VRBO was perfect for our family vacation in San Diego. The location is excellent. 10-20 minutes from everywhere you want to go and in a really quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. The space itself was really quaintly decorated making it welcoming and homey. Very clean! Great beds for all four of us. High ceilings make it feel big. We loved it!

I was really surprised at how great if a location this is. I was prepared for traffic since it was a weekend in the Summer, but it seemed like we always ended up going against traffic. We didn't have any problems finding parking either.
