This newly remodeled 1400 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is 2 blocks to the sandy beach, 3 blocks to the heart of PB. It's equipped with central A/C, garage parking, baby gear, and beach gear. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bike rentals. Primary guest must be 25. Professionally cleaned using enhanced cleaning protocols. Internet speed is 1Gbps.

The Space:
Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Also, a flat screen TV with cable in the master bedroom. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs allow for privacy and can accommodate 6 adults, while the downstairs living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a full size crib. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably!

We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with a crib, pack 'n play, high-chair, stroller, and a variety of sealable containers for food on the go. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway!

Our garage with code-pad entry (measuring 37' by 8') fits one large vehicle such as Honda Odyssey minivan or two small sedans. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach. The garage is adjacent to the kitchen with indoor entryway.

We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so you can help yourself. We also provide the detergent.

Cozy private outdoor patio with BBQ and patio set allows you to grill outdoors and share a meal under the San Diego sun!

Guest Access:
Guest has private use of the entire townhouse and patio.

The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.

Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.

There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop
where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. Great for a family

Grand, propre, bien localisĂ©. Malheureusement le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas mais l’hĂŽte nous a avisĂ© et a rĂ©glĂ© le problĂšme. Bien Ă©quipĂ© pour une famille avec bassinette, parc, chaise haute, jouets. Merci beaucoup.

End of summer weekend getaway!

We decided that it would be a good idea to get away for a quick weekend in San Diego with some friends. This property is in such a great location! We were able to visit Sea World during the day with our friends, did some boogie boarding afterwards (boards and towels easily available in the house, and a two block walk to the beach), and then went out for adult beverages with more friends (check out Captain’s Quarters if you like tiki drinks and pirates). Yes, I am exhausted, thanks for asking. But very happy and thankful that we got to get away and enjoy some time with family and friends. We’ll absolutely be back!

Best Vacation Rental EVER!

Perfect for families

Great location

We spent 8 days exploring San Diego and the surrounding area. This unit was the perfect location to hit all the sights and attractions. Upon arrival we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and how well stocked the kitchen was. The neighborhood is close to the beach to make it easy walking distance but far enough away so noise is not an issue. Another plus is being so close to Ralph’s Grocery, which had everything you could need. Highly recommend. Easy check in/check out.

Great location!

The listing really does describe this place! It's location is perfect, close to beach, shops, and resturants but still located on a quiet street. Street parking in the area is difficult to find, so the garage was absoluetly fabulous. The host communicated a lot and everything in the unit was in good working condition.

Loved our stay

This place was perfect. Clean, stocked, location.. you can walk to the bay, the boardwalk, the grocery store. I’m really picky with cleanliness. I typically won’t eat off dishes until I wash them when we arrive at a rental but not this time. They didn’t even have crumbs in the drawers with the cooking utensils! They left all the necessities to get you started including a variety of cooking items, spices
 We were there in the winter and the only thing I noticed was that it gets cold downstairs but the had extra blankets in 2 of the bedrooms so we used them and didn’t have any issues. I loved the extra steps taken to make our stay extra special. They had a QR code for ease of logging in to the Internet. Lots of recommendations for things to do nearby and great communication. I definitely recommend. I hope to go back!!

Perfect Family Beach Get Away

The owners were pro-active - reaching out to connect prior to and upon check-in. They were very responsive with small requests. Everything was as described/pictured. We loved having the attached garage and beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) available to us. The walk to the beach was even closer than we had hoped and it was easy to swing by the grocery store (Ralph's) on the way home. Truly, no complaints from our crew. Would absolutely stay again.

Trip to San Diego with Family

My whole family loved this property! Location was awesome for walking to beach with young children. Property was beautifully decorated (loved the sunset picture) & very clean. Owners provided everything we needed from beach towels to beach toys, from wagon/stroller to beach chairs, from soaps to boogie boards. Highly recommend the owners of this property. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay with all the family amenities

Our family stayed here for Spring Break and made great use of the stroller, wagon & beach toys, and the high chair. The master bedroom is spacious and has Netflix and a very large attached bathroom with plenty of room to spread out and brush your teeth after a long day of sight-seeing. We also used the washer and dryer and there was enough soap. We drove by a tiny Italian restaurant which is literally 200 feet walk from the garage entrance of this house! I said, I'll bet they do take-out and they did. Thank you to the hosts. This home is very well-kept and we appreciated it.

Overall, the house is pretty clean and well-furnished. It is very close to the supermarket (5 mins walk) and the beach (10 mins walk). I appreciate that the owner left wine and entertainment for our stay during the holiday season, which make us feel just at home. The owner was very kind; she helped us solve an issue when we forgot the keys immediately. Thank you!
