Room was not as big as In the photo. Booked what I thought was 400sqft but it definitely l, Maybe more like 250sqft. Otherwise rooom was clean, modern, bed very comfortable, quiet. Kitchenette was very nice. Staff was great, the service was amazing. No housekeeping though, no pool, and no restaurant on the premises. Close to many restaurant.

I think housekeeping needs to check trash under the bed. If they forget to look it makes you feel they didn't look somewhere else. Like there was empty ice trays in the freezer and since ice is not supplied outside of the room it is implied that it should be available to us inside the room.

Not a fan of the acutal gas lamp area, grimey but this hotel is close to other areas. Parking was not good we had to pay for valet. I wish they had put additonal hooks in the large bathroom for towels, there was only 1 small towel bar. Pillow options were not good.

Easy check in even without somebody at the front desk when i arrived late at night. The place was clean with kitchenette and modern design. The area is in the center of everything so its walkable. If you like to party, this place is perfect because its close to bars. Will definitely come back.

I will be back! Very happy with the room!

I took a gamble on renting a room in this unknown hotel and was very happy with the outcome. The check in was very easy and fast and the team members are very pleasant and helpful. The room was new with all new accessories and furniture. So clean and comfortable! The only suggestion I have is to provide a second set of towels, otherwise everything was perfect. The hotel has basic amenities but we were there to enjoy downtown and events. It’s so close to the Ballpark and East Village and Gas Lamp. The price was fair with less amenities.
