Three night stay

We stayed 3 nights, while visiting family in Poway. Would be nice if hotel offered electric car charging. Breakfast was good. Would be nice if the weekday hours were until 9 Am instead of 8:30. Hotel appeared to be clean and satisfied our needs.

Outdated but not Horrible. Loved the kitchenette that came fully equipped. Had I been staying longer would’ve deff come in handy! Close to several restaurants, grocery stores; and easy access to the fwy.

Excellent value.

I had interaction with desk staff and breakfast staff. Both were exceptional. Special thanks to breakfast staff. Both ladies were so friendly and took special care to help my husband who has mobility issues. Breakfast offering were excellent. My room did run short of supplies like soap, TP, dish soap and dishwasher soap. I was able to get supplies by finding housekeeping staff. One should not run out of TP.

My room had plumbing issues with water sitting in the sink and shower was strange, water was gushing on the floor. Also, fan in the bathroom was connected with lights, so it was on automatically. Something must have been broken, because it was really loud! I did like the size of the room, kitchen and sitting area. For a longer stay it was great. I would probably stay there again.

Pay for parking

The rooms are nice and the hotel and property is clean. The breakfast selections are limited unless you like eggs. My major gripe is that they charge $10 per night for parking. That’s not listed on 3rd party sites and it’s hidden on the hotels website.

Not a great stay

We probably got one of the worst rooms in the hotel. It was across from a staircase and next to an exit door. You can hear people running up and down the stairs and the doors slamming. The room was dated, they covered water damage with just paint, and there was dust on much of the surfaces. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were very rough. The room was spacious though...as it was a 2 bedroom with a living area. And the breakfast buffet is from 6:30-8:30 during the week...don't know how people wake up early enough for that!

First of all, I like what this place has to offer for a family of 5 with little kids. Like that it has good kitchenette. Wish they provided a dish scrub in the kitchen. The rooms are alright. The sofa in the living room was ragged, old and dirty. Didnt feel like sitting on it at all. Other than this, the rooms were good overall.
