Sonesta ES Suites was a comfortable stay in a safe area with many restaurants and a Costco nearby. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. It has fallen since we last stayed there many years ago when it was a Staybridge Suites. The property was not well maintained, rooms were not serviced, hallways were covered with peoples sheets and towels, floors were not vacuumed/cleaned regularly. We skipped breakfast after trying it as it was not worth the calories. A first for us. We to remind the clerk that parking was approved as a non-charge at checkout. The experience could be improved by their management team but it looked like expectations have been established.

Not the best place to stay on your vacation.

No where to park your car when checking in. No room for Morning breakfast. Selection is not that great. Access and exits are questionable if there was a fire.

Hair was on my towels in the bathroom which were nicely folded. Hair was also on the pillows. Had issues with the toilet then it eventually flooded the bedroom. Informed management, she told she had no other rooms and could not give me a refund for 1 night. It was booked 3rd party. I assumed she wanted me and my 3 kids to stay on the streets. No resolution.

Disgusting hotel no daily room cleaning

This hotel does not have a daily room cleaning service which besides being weird is disgusting and unsafe. Somehow when I booked the hotel I missed this important detail otherwise I would never came near this type if hotel. Shame on you chain and you bizzarre and messed up policy

Loved the full kitchen!

Check in was a bit rough because the lady checking us in confused our rooms - but we LOVED the full kitchen and the fact that it’s right across from a Costco. We love how big our room was and the convenience of it.

Great location. Easy access to freeway and shopping. Sometimes took multiple requests to replenish supplies during a 5 week stay and did not have any pots or pans in the room. Overall, would stay again.
