The Space:

Live your best San Diego beach life in this spacious tri-level retreat, perfect for families or groups of up to 8. With a full bathroom on every level, everyone has room to relax after a day by the ocean.



Enjoy a bright living room with Smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, and comfortable bedrooms featuring queen beds, including private en-suites on the first and third floors. The top level offers two queen beds for extra space.



Beach gear is included—towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and cruisers—so you can grab and go. Located in laid-back South Mission Beach, you’re just steps from the ocean, bay, Belmont Park, and local favorites. Park the car and soak it all in.



Guest Access:

This home is a duplex. We own the house and if you prefer to have the entire house to yourself, we can rent you the other half as well (a 4-bedroom).



There are no true “shared” spaces that you would have to worry about splitting time with another party but the roof deck and garage are naturally divided in two. The garage runs all the way through the first floor of the house with doors on either side. All balconies are off of bedrooms and family rooms and are not shared. The Neighborhood:

Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around "courts" with all of the residences facing one another across a sidewalk. That design creates a cozy and homey feel (and also limits the amount of car traffic) making Mission Beach the ideal spot to "live at the beach".



Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away).



Getting Around:

Traveling by foot, bike, skateboard or golf cart (we partner with a golf cart rental company!) is the preferred method in Mission Beach. Uber & Lyft are both readily available, and we provide a 2-car garage if you bring your own vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Our house is the perfect family friendly rental however if you are looking to party please look elsewhere. The home is NOT pet friendly. If you bring a dog without telling us, we will collect a hefty pet fee.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
