34th Street Retreat 1 Bedroom is thoughtfully furnished and appointed to make your stay carefree whether you are here for work, a family getaway or just escaping from the day-to-day. Private Sunny stand alone home with 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, private entrance, private back patio, one reserved parking space and air conditioning.

If you're coming to San Diego to relax and refresh, work, or explore the area, 34th Street Retreat is a very clean, convenient and charming place to stay. Furnished and appointed to add modern convenience while maintaining its unique charm with hardwood floors and arched entry-ways. Lots of windows for awesome light and air.

*The living area is spacious with Smart TV (access to Hulu, Prime and Netflix- login to your own account), DVD and cable TV.
*The dining table will seat 4 comfortably.
*The bedroom has a queen sized bed with comfy linens and a walk-in closet.
* We have also added a pack and play for a baby Linens are not provided for the pack and play).
*Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Please note - the bathroom is off the bedroom.
* Bright, well equipped kitchen has granite countertops, gas stove, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, Mr. Coffee maker and French Press, toaster, blender, little kids dishes, cups and silverware, etc.. etc.
*Stackable washer and dryer.
*The door from the kitchen leads to the completely fenced private back patio which makes it safe for little ones. The patio has a table and chairs.
*There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.
*The house offers central air conditioning and heat.
*Board games for adults and children.
*In the bedroom closet there is a pack and play, high chair, play mat, baby tub and toys for the kiddos
*You have a private entrance
* ONE private parking spot directly in front of the house-to the far right.

Easy stroll to Adams Ave. which offers great restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, fun shops, grocery store, pharmacy. Just 15 minutes +/- to San Diego's great attractions Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, many beaches, downtown, Old Town and the airport, to mentions a few spots

This is a smoke-free home - please be considerate and do not smoke inside or anywhere on the property.

Please no pets
Note: We do not consider Certified Service Animals pets - but would appreciate it if you would let us know if a Certified Service Animal will be coming with you.

Guest access
Guests have access to the back house and private, enclosed back patio.
You will be provided a code for keyless entry.
There is parking in the driveway for one mid-size car. Park on the right side of the driveway ONLY - close to the back house and next to the fence. If you have a large car/truck please park on the street. Please park additional cars on the street.
Other things to note:
*Your private area is the stand alone house itself (of course), your ONE designated parking space, and the BACK patio.
*Quiet hours are 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

*The home in front is also a rental - so please be considerate of your neighbors and respect their space which includes their parking area and the side patio.

Please note: In order for our housekeepers can spend Christmas and New Years with their families we are not accepting arrivals OR departures on December 25 or January 1. Thank you for understanding.
