Our newly renovated home in Allied Gardens is the perfect spot to enjoy a fabulous San Diego getaway! The location is centrally located 13 minutes from downtown and right by great coffee shops and restaurants. Enjoy the naturally lit California design, private entrance, and private outdoor space!



PARKING:

2 tandem spots on driveway and first come first serve street parking.



BEDROOMS:

There are 3 bedrooms including 1 master with an en suite bathroom.



LIVING ROOM:

The living room has a spacious floor plan, with a specialty Art frame TV, a conversation lounge, and plenty of natural sunlight. If you login to any personal streaming account, make sure to log out before you leave.



THE KITCHEN:

Our brand-new kitchen has a large spacious island perfect for cooking and entertaining. With a stainless steel fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, cooking at home has never been more convenient!



The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bakeware, can opener, corkscrew, and cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, paper filters, ground coffee, and tea. We have plenty of dishes, plates, and a drawer full of tableware to accommodate large groups.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Large, private outdoor backyard with a propane fire pit, sectional lounge, and outdoor dining table with an umbrella for you to enjoy!



PARTIES:

No parties are permitted.



PETS:

Doggos welcome! Just let us know prior.



LAUNDRY:

The unit has a free washer and dryer that is shared with the attached studio garage.



MISC:

The lot has 2 units on it. The garage is a converted studio that houses mid-term renters. The only thing they share is the free washer and dryer.
