Communication from host was great and detailed about parking and check in so we had no problem. There was so much room and the rooftop view at sunset is spectacular.

Great rental and experience! Location was outstanding - one block off Ocean Beach, close to several restaurants and bars in the area, few minutes from Mission Beach and Marina (deep sea finshing charters), and quick access to freeways for downtown. Communication was also excellent - several emails ahead of the stay, including day of, as well as a day before checkout for departure reminders. Inside had plenty of room and the rooftop and views were unbelieveable! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! It was clean, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. One of the highlights is the amazing rooftop deck. We enjoyed eating breakfast while listening to the parrots and watching the hummingbirds. The sunsets are incredible, too. The house itself was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone in our family to spread out and have their own space. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for what you get, especially with a parking spot included. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the Place and the Peaceful Neighborhood!We had a great time and loved the place! It was clean, comfortable, and located in a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful neighborhood. There are a few small things that could be updated, but it was not a deal-breaker. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this rental!

We really loved this place. It was perfect for us and in an amazing location. Very close to the beach and all the fun things to do in mission bay. Only a 15 minute Uber to downtown! Highly recommend

Great San Diego stay

This was a great stay for a weekend in San Diego. It's very conveniently located for both beach access and local restaurants, and the house itself was cute and clean. There was one less bed than we originally anticipated, but that may have just been a misinterpretation of the amenities on our end. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun modern home in a great location. Stunning views from the roof and easy to get around San Diego. Plenty of space. Needs some updates. Specially linens, pillows, kitchen items and cleanliness. Mold in the washer (unable to wash clothing.) Dirty dishes and silverware in cabinets. Broken cabinet and outdoor chair.

I have 3 teenagers and a preteen. This was perfect for all of us. Everyone had their own space and it was just a few minutes walk to the beach!
