Welcome to Mission Beach in all its glory! This Cape Cod style townhome is perfect for your family vacation, conveniently located just steps from the Pacific Ocean, Mission Bay, and famous Belmont Park. A great open layout for enjoying family time as well as comfortable bedrooms for relaxing with air conditioning, and garage parking to keep vacation easy!

This home is situated in the perfect vacation rental location, no vehicle needed, though there is a one car garage available. Just a few steps from the front door you will find the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Relax on the beach while never straying too far from your very own beach home! Also close by is the excitement of Belmont Park. This area offers numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a multitude of people watching! For entertainment ideal for all ages, Belmont Park has a wooden roller-coaster, mini golf, arcade, and wave house. If you're looking for more peaceful outdoor activities, you can walk across to the bayside where you can play in the tranquil water. Beach equipment rental companies are located throughout Mission Beach so you can rent bicycles, paddle boards, surfboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and so much more.

The lower level of this home offers a one car garage equipped with a washer/dryer. The bathroom is spacious with tub/shower combo and dual vanity. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has bunk beds with a full-size bed on bottom and a twin on top. The bunk room has direct access to the ground floor patio and BBQ grill with patio doors to usher in natural life and the fresh ocean breeze.

The second floor of this three-level town home is the family gathering area and kitchen. The open floor plan provides seamless entertaining possibilities. The kitchen has three seats at the counter while the dining table has four seats as well as a bench. Additionally, there is a cocktail table with two seats in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessities for home cooked meals including an electric stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room is outfitted with a large flat screen TV with cable. For your relaxation, there is a comfortable three-person couch and single seat with ottoman. This level has a small balcony with peek ocean views and an entry way to the ground patio below.
The third floor is an incredibly comfortable master suite - your very own level of the home, your private retreat. Two skylights over the bed open to allow in a great deal of natural light and cool ocean breezes. This floor also has its very own private balcony hosting the best view in the home. Enjoy the cool blue ocean, and the iconic beach side wooden roller coaster all from the master balcony.

Parking in this area can be limited, however this home has a one car garage for your convenience. The dimensions of the garage are approximately 6.5ft H x 8ft W x 20ft L. Please be certain your vehicle will fit within these dimensions, or you will need to find alternate parking accommodations.

3 Night Minimum Reservations During the Off Season

This is a three story home and contains stairs. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for each pet ($150+tax). Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.

Not For Us

Just wasn't what we had hoped for & expected for a family birthday celebration. Issues: Had to take multiple photos in and around the property to memorialize previous & existing damage. Pre-existing kitchen sink leak (resolved during stay by the property management company) Construction material in garage resulted in personal property damage. Neighbor parked motorcycle in from of entry blocking property ingress & egress. As far as cleanliness - dated feel may have contributed to the rating. Carpet and rug long past expiration date. Overall maintenance seemed lacking. Overall experience: Honda value at a Mercedes price. Property shows much better online. Lesson learned and will choose hotel over VRBO in the future.

Central Mission Beach

Convenient location just steps from beach walk, beach, Belmont Amusement Park, stores and restaurants. Beach house is spacious and comfortable with garage parking for one car. House is three levels so mobility is important. Street and park parking is close by for visitors. The immediate area can be quite busy and noisy throughout the day and evening. A ten pm noise ordinance is closely followed. The Beach house could use some maintenance as aged and missing cook ware, burned out light bulbs, damaged furniture and exterior doors with faulty locks detract from overall guest satisfaction. We recommend this rental if maintenance and security items noted are taken care of. Chuck and Marsha

The perfect getaway!

This has been by far the best spot we’ve stayed at yet!! Very clean home with all you need for your stay. Perfect location if you want to stay at the beach or go to San Diego popular touristy places such as zoo. The only part that was little disappointing is the limited parking, if you have more than one car you might need to find parking on the streets because even though this rental has a 2-car garage, the owner’s bikes are lined up and locked together inconveniently taking up half of the space that you wouldn’t fit another car there. Other than that, our trip was a success renting this home. Loved it. Would definitely rent and recommend this place again!

Awesome house with a great location plus the property management team were very responsive. San diego has ran down hill but this property has been kept up good.

Great location steps to the beach. Only complaint is owners leave all their bikes there that you can’t use but takes up space that another car can be parked. (Wish we could’ve used the bikes or they weren’t there). The place needs so deep cleaning and touch up work done but overall great stay

Relaxing week on the beach

We rented this place and it was all as described. Easy check in and hassle free. Very close to the water and also close to Belmont Park. I have high school age kids so it worked out perfectly. 3 bedrooms is a plus. We stay again

Great beachfront property. The interior is huge with plenty of room for cooking, eating and ya gong out. Checking in with door/garage codes was a breeze. We had a great stay and I’d recommend this beach house to anyone.

Comfortable clean house that has AC in every bedroom. Great location with everything you need around, ocean view from the balcony. Living room has lots of board games. Our Toyota Sienna fits in the garage perfectly. Will definitely come back

Perfect beach house!

This house was perfect for my family! It was close to beach and bay! Walking to dinner at Cannonball was great! Eating breakfast on the porch was convenient! Porch only has a cement Bench so we brought our on cozy chairs! Loved this house and location! Would stay again!❀

Other than the rain and wind on Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful time. We all enjoyed the house, it was very comfortable and our family had the best time!
