Other things to note:

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free, just press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating.
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• Hosting more than 13 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.

Loved the property and the large amount of bedrooms and beds that could accommodate our group. The pool and patio area is absolutely fabulous and we enjoyed it immensely. I had a girls trip to this beautiful home! Everything was very clean, spacious, & clean pool towels provided. We felt well taken care of and all of us had the best experience staying there! We didnt want to leave!! Not to mention, the host was very responsive and kept in close communication so we had every we need! I highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Stocked well with all necessities, very quiet and we were never without something to do. The host response, beginning with our booking was always a quick turnaround. The only issue we had was the hot tub didn’t work but everything else was fantastic. We plan on returning again! Thank you for making our family vacation one to remember.

House was amazing! The perfect spot for a bachelorette! Home was clean and so picturesque. The back yard is very private too, feels like an oasis. We had some issues with the hot tub and pool staying heated, but the management company was quick to respond and send the owner out who then called pool maintenance. We didn’t get to use the pool as intended, but the response was appropriate and we even got a little pizza out of it.

Great home and neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and mall within minutes of house if you forget something. Family loved it so much they didn’t want to leave to go sightseeing so they can relax and get in pool. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay there again.

This house is stunning!!! It’s even better than the pictures and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location yet you don’t even need to leave the house if you don’t want to. Beaches and great restaurants are a quick drive and the house is equipped with tons of games, a BBQ outside and the perfect pool so you can really enjoy the home. It truly feels like your own oasis :) My family and I had the best time, thank you for a great stay! Can’t wait to come back!

The house was amazing. Such a wonderful space for hosting a group of friends/family. The patio space is huge. With lots of space to hang out or spread out. The grill worked really well. The beds were as good or better than other rentals I've stayed at. Just overall an incredible find. Only small complaint was that the management company could be a little slow to respond. We didn't really have any issues past the first day though, so it wasn't a problem.
