Guests must be atleast 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration.

Security Deposit of $500 for booking over 30 nights.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250.

Pet Policy: **While our standard policy is no pets allowed; we do permit authorized pets for a fee of $100 per pet per stay. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the premises, we will require its immediate removal and impose a non-refundable fee of $500. We appreciate your understanding.

Although we have a pest control service in place, please avoid leaving any food out, as it can attract ants. If ants are found, we will take immediate action to eliminate them.
