This is a ground floor condo of a duplex home. There is an additional neighboring duplex on this property as well.
This home is at the end of the Mission Bay boardwalk before W. Mission Blvd. There is a city substation partially blocking the bay views.
The second floor unit is also a rental; upstairs noise may be heard from time to time.
The outdoor shower is shared with the second floor unit.
While the ground floor patio remains private for your home, the second floor unit has a designated space on the opposite side of the patio. Guests will share gate access leading out to the boardwalk.
San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Neighborhood Notes:
Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Ladies trip...Memorial weekend 2025

The Condo itself was fabulous! Very cute decor and stocked with everything you need PLUS more. Some extras include body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Toilet paper was thick and soft! They had a VitaMix blender, if you dont know, this name brand is top notch and can blend anything. Bedrooms had small fans too use and lots of extra fuzzy blankets, which were perfect for sitting outside on the cool mornings. The outdoor seating area is great, but know there can be lots of sidewalk traffic but never felt unsafe and people were respectful. We enjoyed people watching. Other unit people did use our "private seating area" a few times, even though they are not supposed to. Wasnt an issue for us but worth mentioning. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and buggies in communial area for everyone to use. There was construction going on, and they started promptly at 8am during the week. Bay area is just a walk outside and beach is just a 5 min walk. Lots of food and coffee shops to choose from. Was a beautiful stay.

Family holiday

This was a beautiful condo with plenty of space and perfectly clean. The property had great amenities from a well stocked kitchen and BBQ to beach equipment. The position is perfect with the bay at the front and a - 1 minute walk to the beach at the back. Check in and check out was so easy. Would recommend a stay here and is well suited to families.

Great Location

My family really enjoyed our stay here for Spring Break. The house is small, but space is used well so it was perfect for our family of 4. The space was super clean and nice and we utilized the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Walk right out onto the bay side beach or a short walk to ocean side and all the attractions of Mission Beach. Since it is right in the heart of Mission Beach it was a little noisy, but there was also construction while we were there.

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The house was meticulously stocked and exceptionally clean. The location was also beautiful and conveniently located to many shops, restaurants, the bay and ocean. Communication with the owner was prompt and efficient. Great Location

Extremely nice place in a great location. Walk to everything and we rode our bikes everywhere. The only draw back is the 1 bathroom and it would be nice it there was a ceiling fan over the bed in the master bedroom. But all of the kitchen supplies are top notch. Nice washer and dryer. Great patio and grill. I highly recommend this place and we will be back.

50 years & counting

My husband came to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The house exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect size for us. We truly felt at home. The location was perfect. We stayed 5 nights & only got in our car one time. That’s the perfect location. If we wanted to be around people & excitement less the a block away, but mostly we enjoyed the quiet bay water front. I could sit on the patio all day. And when we wanted a more special meal , Dockside 1953 was only steps away as well. I really hope to return next year.

Sweet little condo on Mission Bay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo on Mission Bay. It is tucked away from any noise from the outside world. The entire place was spotless - you never felt like anything was wet or sticky, which can be tough at a beach location. All of the amenities were available and the kitchen fully stocked (except for a can opener). We were four adults - the second bedroom has a bunk with a full and a twin so it would be perfect for families with kids as well. The property manager was very responsive. There is noise from upstairs, but overall it was pretty quiet. Thanks for the stay!

The location was convenient for walking boardwalk, renting cruiser bikes, and kayaks without needing a car. While it is a block from amusement park it is still peaceful at night. Very well appointed and clean. Would definitely return.

Great place close to everything!

This place was great for my family of 4 - kids ages 4&6. The place was very clean and comfortable. I’m super picky about cleanliness and this place met my standards. It has a big bathtub, very nice shower, good lighting, new appliances, good closet space, convenient parking and the sushi place across the alley is excellent! The bathroom is small but good for a small family. It is conveniently located on the bayside and a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The upstairs unit walking noise may bother if you’re a light sleeper but it was fine for us. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what you see is what you get!

We have used Vrbo many times in the past and this condo was one of the best stays in San Diego. Condo is exactly as advertised. Clean and very comfortable. Having mini splits on all rooms was truly the best. Especially being from AZ. Communication with the management team was top notch and they made sure everything was easy from check in to check out. Very impressed and would stay again.
