Casa Elena is a charming and very cozy townhouse located in San Felice del Benaco, 5 minutes from the historic center and a 5-minute drive from the beaches, the port where you can catch the ferry service to all the towns around Lake Garda, and a 10-minute drive from Salò: a charming town with a wonderful lakeside promenade, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, and shops.
The accommodation, spread over two floors, is laid out as follows: entry into the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower; a double garden furnished with an outdoor table and sun loungers. On the first floor, accessible by stairs or an electric chair, you’ll find: a master bedroom and a twin bedroom with a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower. The first-floor unit is equipped with air conditioning.
A double garage is available for our guests.
This wonderful apartment is ideal for families, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation.
The apartment is available both in the summer—thanks to its air conditioning—and in the winter—thanks to its independent heating system.
Our guests will be provided with bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi.

What to see in San Felice
San Felice—Historic Center.

The town of San Felice, formerly known as San Felice Scovolo, preserves in its historic center the remains of the ancient castle and Palazzo Rotingo, built in the 17th century and now the town hall.
A stroll through the center reveals the former Monte di Pietà of San Felice, an elegant Venetian-style building featuring a portico with five arches supported by square pillars of rusticated stone.
It once housed the municipal government; today, as the town’s focus has shifted decisively toward tourism, it serves as the headquarters of the Tourist Information Office and an exhibition hall that hosts numerous exhibitions by contemporary artists.

San Felice - Santuario del Carmine

The Baroque parish church, dedicated to the martyrs Saints Felice, Adauto, and Flavia, is located right in the center of the village and contains valuable works of art, including an altarpiece by Romanino, making it well worth a visit. Just outside the historic center of San Felice del Benaco stands the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmine, an ancient Romanesque church built in 1460 and administered by the Carmelite Friars.
