Outdoor grills are NOT allowed withing this community. You may grill at the designated BBQ stalls by the beach within the community.

This rental comes with 6 pool passes only. Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

No off-road vehicles permitted in this community. Exception made for race teams.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.
