Casa Habana as seen in the movie Inferno

If you've ever seen the movie Inferno, you may recognize this incredible San Felipe estate located by the beach. Located in the Playa de San Felipe section of the city, this six bedroom vacation rental sleeps 12 guests comfortably. From the outside, this beautiful home looks like your traditional hacienda, but on the inside, each room has been recently upgraded with modern fixtures and finishes. The large yard makes this a perfect option for family gatherings, dinners under the stars, or just a place for kids to play.  Private swimming pool available for guest use April - October. 

One thing that guest love about this spacious home is the smooth transitions from indoor living to outdoor living. Directly outside of the house is a sprawling courtyard area, complete with shaded barbecue areas, tranquil water fountains, and lush native trees and bushes. This outdoor entertainment space is perfect for dinner at sunset, or an afternoon of food and fun in the sun.
This home was designed to allow guests to move freely throughout the space while still feeling connected but not cramped or crowded. This multi-level home features multiple living areas, plenty of comfortable seating, and a handful of private nooks for quiet conversations or even a cat nap.

After a day fishing, renting a sailboat, riding an ATV, or just relaxing on the beach, you'll be thankful for the six spacious and private bedrooms.  

When you enter the home, you will be greeted by a large and open foyer, with exposed wooden ceiling beams, tan tile floors, and locally inspired artwork. A staircase leads from this beautiful front living area up to the heart of the home. The spoiler transitions into the spacious dining area, complete with long rectangular table and seating for four. The dining room flows right into the gourmet kitchen.

The simple yet spacious kitchen Features modern amenities, and an extended snack bar that serves as a transitional point from the kitchen to the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you'll need to make meals for the whole family. The elevated snackbar in the kitchen is a  comfortable and casual place to enjoy a margarita, chips and salsa, or just good conversation with family.

This home features multiple living areas, equipped with comfortable couches, and plenty of seating options. There are also two separate dining rooms, making it easy for everyone to find a spot to sit down and enjoy a meal. There is a short hallway directly off of the ktichen that leads to a few of the home’s private bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bathroom down this hallway has a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity area.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom is open and spacious and features a four post queen size bed, two bedside tables, and contemporary light fixtures. This bedroom is located upstairs.

The second bedroom features a full size bed, white tile floors, a soft seafoam green color scheme, plenty of storage for your clothes and accessories, and private bathroom access. This bedroom is located upstairs and has access out to the private second floor balcony overlooking the water.

The third bedroom is bright and fun, featuring 2 full size beds, classic wooden dresser, and a large window to let plenty of natural light come through.

The fourth bedroom also has a king and has bright pops of red accents throughout. This room is private and quiet and has a window overlooking the property.

The fifth bedroom is bold and romantic. It features a classic wooden four post bed, deep orange walls, musical themed accents, white tile flooring, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio. This bedroom has a private bathroom with toilet, sink, and beautifully tiled shower.

The sixth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids or adults! This room Is tucked away from the other bedrooms and living areas, and has a private entrance door from the patio.

The unique blue staircase takes guests from the foyer to the upstairs living area. Here you’ll find an additional dining room with a table and six chairs. There is a sliding glass door in the dining room that leads out to the private second floor balcony. Up here you will also find two of the bedrooms with King size beds. One of the second floor bedrooms has a private bathroom, complete with walk-in shower.

El Malecon is only 5 minutes away and you can easily access the beach. Tropical palm trees and native foliage surround the home. This home is located between the beautiful mountains and the Sea of Cortez. When you stay in this impressive beachside home, you are just minutes from local restaurants like Chuy's Place and the Taco Factory. You are also very close to local grocery stores, health and beauty supply stores, and some of San Felipe's most vibrant nightlife venues.
