Luxury San Felipe Mexico Golf Course Condo

This luxurious 2 bedroom / 2 bath San Felipe Mexico rental condominium, located in the upscale resort of El Dorado Ranch, San Felipe, sits right on the edge of the Las Caras de Mexico Golf Course. Literally, just steps from the 18 hole golf course. This condominium shows modernity and a taste for exotic art embracing a contemporary flair. This vacation rental home features travertine floors, first-class appliances and lots amenities.

Comfortable sleeping for four guests is guaranteed courtesy of one king size bed in the master bedroom and one queen size bed in the guest room. The master bedroom has a separate shower and tub with his and her sink, while the second bedroom shares a bathroom with the living room. The living room sofa has a pull out bed for two additional guests.

A fully equipped kitchen with wrap around granite counter tops, washer and dryer, flat screen TV and cozy living room furniture are all here to make your vacation a memorable one. From the condo, it`s just a short walk to our private beach bordering the Sea of Cortez. As our guest, you will have access to two swimming pools, the bigger La palapa pool which is heated all year round as needed, and the more private condo pool. While at the La palapa pool, catch up with friends and family via the Internet, courtesy of the free Wifi. The restaurant at the La palapa pool has finger licking fish and chips, so don`t pass up on this one.

This rental has one spot to park in the garage.  If you have two cars, please park your second car in the designated parking area.  The resort does not permit parking infront of the garage.

- Maximum occupancy 6 guests.
- This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
- If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities (Internet, electricity, water, propane and cable TV) are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.

NOTE:  The beach sid ef  El Dorado Ranch, where is rental is located, does not permit use of off-road vehicles  If you're bring an off-road.  Exception to this rule is participants in races like Baja 250 and Norra race.
